We stayed here for just one night (16th Sept' 2022 check in and 17th check out in their deluxe room as transit passengers to catch flight to Hyderabad. Though the entrance is not so good and neighborhood did not either give a very comfy feelings, rooms were very spacious and furniture were very well maintained. Except for the dampy smell in the bedroom, stay was good experience. Property was managed by Mr. Vergheese, who really taken very good care of us.

It was a very pleasant stay, food outlets are close and in normal pocket range location is pretty good and walkable to water metro ,bus stop, beach, sunset, facilities are outstanding .

It’s Okay, we were there and n the middle of summer, and payed extra for the AC. Close to Kathakali centre and restaurants

I ***** with my friends searched directly few stays and were not happy. Then we searched on makemytrip and saw this property, checked reviews and pictures and found good for booking. The host was very friendly, property is good, rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant also with good food. Property is near to the beach with walkable distance. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely return again.

This place is nestled in the bylanes of fort kochi. I love the fact that they have painstakingly restored an old heritage building. I appreciate the efforts and thoughts behind it. However, other areas fall short behind by miles. I got a viceroy room with an unclean balcony with no chairs to sit over. Dysfunctional phone and television set was never fixed. Overall the room was clean and good. However, catering seems to be amiss, organizing the buffet spread with right accompaniments matters. Who would serve fried rice with curd!

Visited on 31 Dec, Mr. Ravi is helpful and guided the plans to visit in fort kochi. Best location to stay in fort kochi. Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.
