Hotel a bit shabby for its name, definitely needs some maintenance, room smelled a bit musty, but the food was good and the people were OK.

Pour la première fois de ma vie, je suis impatient de quitter l'hôtel que j'ai choisi pour mes vacances. Par où commencer ? Par les papiers peints à moitié décollés dans les chambres ou par les accessoires rouillés dans la salle de bain ? Je comprends qu'un hôtel puisse montrer des signes d'usure, mais ici, l'absence flagrante d'entretien et de remplacement des équipements nécessaires est évidente. Je suis tellement déçu que je n'arrive pas à croire que cet hôtel ait obtenu cinq étoiles. Le niveau de maintenance est inexistant et donne une impression de mépris total pour le confort des clients. Le personnel est un autre gros point problématique. Je n'ai rien à redire sur leur amabilité, mais dans mon propre pays, je ne suis pas obligée de m'exprimer dans une autre langue que le bulgare ! L'excuse "Nous avons des clients des quatre coins du monde" est tout simplement ridicule. Même s'il y a des gens d'ailleurs, votre personnel doit parler bulgare. Il est inadmissible que dans un hôtel cinq étoiles en Bulgarie, je ne puisse pas communiquer dans ma langue maternelle ! C'est absurde et extrêmement irrespectueux envers les clients bulgares. De plus, à la réception, il manquait souvent de la compétence et de la volonté de résoudre les problèmes des clients. Je tiens à souligner qu'il est extrêmement agaçant qu'on vienne me demander toutes les cinq minutes pendant mon petit-déjeuner si j'ai terminé. Je devais constamment répondre la bouche pleine, ce qui est très désagréable. Le premier matin, je me réveille et vois que ma voiture est couverte de taches blanches. Je suis allé au lave-auto parce que je savais qu'elles seraient difficiles à enlever si je laissais passer trop de temps. Le lendemain, la même chose s'est produite et je suis allé à la réception pour comprendre pourquoi tout le parking était éclaboussé et où je pouvais me garer. La préposée m'a répondu que c'était parce que nous nous étions garés près du terrain de golf. J'ai essayé de lui expliquer que ce n'était pas le cas, mais elle a fait la sourde oreille. Je lui ai très poliment demandé une deuxième fois de nous indiquer un endroit pour nous garer, ce à quoi elle a répondu : "N'importe où là-bas". Je considère cela comme un manque de respect. Le même jour, je suis retourné au lave-auto et cette fois j'ai dû faire un polissage car les taches ne partaient pas. Peut-être parce que l'eau contient des produits chimiques. J'ai décidé d'acheter une housse pour la voiture, car apparemment personne ne faisait attention à ma plainte. Ce parking est non seulement inconfortable, mais il engendre des frais supplémentaires et des désagréments pour les clients. Il faut prendre en compte que ce genre d'attitude et le manque de solutions adéquates aux problèmes des clients sont inadmissibles pour un hôtel prétendant être cinq étoiles. Point positif Sur un golf qui lui mérite le détour Points négatifs Nourriture correcte mais peu varièe Le sourire et la gentillesse du personnel balinais et indien compense un peu la froideur et la désinvolture du personnel bulgare (y compris et surtout à la réception de l hôtel et au SPA !,) En.evoquant le SPA même si votre serviette de piscine/plage est trempèe impossible d en avoir une de rechange ! On a droit à 1 par jour et c est non négociable ! La boutique assez incroyable elle est remplie de contrefaçons Hermes vuitton.chanel et j en.passe c est inadmissible pour une boutique d hôtel en Europe L hôtel est plantè sur le golf au.mileu de nulle part le village le plus proche est à 6 kms accessible uniquement en taxi au.prix de 50 euros aller/retour l hotel ne propose aucune autre alternative que le taxi à ce prix démesuré pour la Bulgarie. Je pensais être au bord de la mer mais non il faut prendre un.shuttle de l hôtel pour s y rendre . La plage soi disant aménagée est laissée à l abandon paillotes trouèes transats cassès La direction n a pas l air de se rendre compte que la clientèle européenne et à plus forte raison une clientèle de golfeurs n a pas les mêmes attentes et exigences que celle des pays de l est qui séjournent dans cet hôtel Nous sommes donc extrêmement déçus par cet établissement heureusement que nous avons beaucoup profité du golf .

Wir waren bei unseren Aufenthalt in varna auch für 1 Nacht zu Gast in lighthouse Hotel. Leider scheint im Hotel noch einiges an Arbeit nötig sein vor der Saison da viele Restaurants geschlossen, kein Strand, Außenpool noch leer, viele Service nicht angeboten. Frühstück mehr als durchschnittlich. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer waren zwar sauber aber auch einige Mängel die behoben werden sollten, wie die Anstriche der Wände, oder die Verfugungen im Bad, bzw. die Armaturen im Bad. Leider gab es kein heißes Wasser im Bad, die Minibar war vereist und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Grundsätzlich merkt man, dass das Haus schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und einiges an Aufmerksamkeit brauchen würde.

I'm a regular guest at the hotel. My stay was very enjoyable. Great conditions in hotel rooms, clean and luxurious! The thermal part is very pleasant- pool, saunas, steam baths. It is the real pleasure to enjoy great massages, real relaxation! I also enjoyed the delicious food at the Passage Restaurant - a five -stage menu - a romantic dinner for two! They greeted me with a smile! And I leave with many pleasant feelings and emotions! I recommend hot!

Nice hotel, big room and very comfortable bed. The staff from SE Asia are very kind, cheerful and discreet and Viraj from the indoor pool bar very professional, skilled and a pleasant company. Balcik is also an interesting place to find sth to visit, like qeen's Maria castel.

Тhere are not many European hotels with such abundance, variety and quality of services and international and bulgarian food. The Hotel offers large, sunny, quiet and very clean rooms. You can use the modern fitness and pilates rooms or paticipate different еntertainment and beauty programs. If you visit the hotel in the summer you would enjoi the black sea sun on the beach. In the spring or autumn you can make your best golf plays with friends. The winter is the wonderful season for SPA procedures. Actually here is best SPA center on the Black Sea coast - whatever you think of is there - infrared and finnish sauna, steam and turkish bath, large indoor pool, different massages etc. Since 6 years we come to the hotel 6-8 times yearly for a short or longer vacation. We always enjoy the 5* breakfast and dinner. The ratio price/quality is beyond all expectations!
