Everything was good. Personal too. I suggest this hotel to everyone.

Etwas ins alter gekommenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäsig gestaltet mit dunkeln Möbeln die nicht abgewohn waren. Das Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Die Dusche ist eine Wannendusche. Es gibt im Zimmer einen Kühlschrank, Safe und eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück und Abendessen wird als Buffet gereicht, sehr gute Auswahl an Gerichten und im Geschmack überzeugend. Frühstück gibt es ab 7:00 Uhr, das Abendessen ab 17:30 Uhr. Das Service Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind gegen Gebühr ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt, zum Thermalsee ist es auch nicht weit. Das Hotel wird vorwiegend von älteren Personen gebucht. Alles in allem war alles in Ordnung. Die Dotto Bahn (kleiner Zug um Heviz zu erkunden) hält direkt am Hotel.

Bella struttura con piscine termali e non, con varie temperature ma mai fredde. Piacevoli e vari idromassaggi. Colazione e cena a buffet con cibo abbondantemente vario. Buona organizzazione, pulizia e cortesia dello staff in tutti i servizi.

I came here to treat my bad back in the thermal waters which hotel has in its own pools in the basement. In addition you can see the doctor who will examine you and prescribe treatment plan for which they give you package price. Therefore in this sense I have fulfilled purpose of my visit. However all facilities need modernisation. It is privatised communist block. Whoever bought it from the state - maintains it but does not update it much. We have stayed in a suite on the 4th floor - room remembers 1980s. It is functional, practical and clean but this standard absolutely does not justify 300 Euros per night! Pictures on the booking website are heavily photoshopped. I pay that much for a suite in a French Rivera and not in the town 200 km from Budapest! Fair enough - half board was included but food was blunt cantine style. Desert options were stand out - there was large selection of mini cakes. Overall I did enjoy my stay and everyone works really hard there to run it smoothly but I felt I have overpaid for the quality of accomodation. If you are after treatments - don’t include Sunday in your stay as therapists do not work that day. You can only use thermal pools - one quite warm, another very warm. Pool area is very busy on Saturday afternoon so I will avoid weekend next time. The best time is to come before breakfast. They have sauna - very good, steam room - unless you stand in front of the steamer you won’t feel anything. Please rethink the prices or invest in a modernisation for us to be returning.

Ottima struttura, personale qualificato e gentile, camere ampie e ben pulite, ottima qualità della cucina sempre a buffet e sempre varia ed abbondate. Struttura termale di alto livello nonostante i numerosi ospiti sempre tranquilla e silenziosa. Bravi Bravi Bravi

Haben hier 4 schöne Tage verbracht. Alles in allem empfehlen wir das Hotel. Die Einrichtung dürfte aus den späten 80gern sein, aber wenn man nicht zuuu genau schaut, ist es sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Besonders positiv war das Essen, welches unserer Meinung nach von seht guter Quaität und schmackhaft war. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Habe ich vor einem Jahr geschrieben. Das stimmt immer noch. Die Anwendungen sind sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, bis auf wenige Ecken. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist eher besser geworden. Das Personal im Restaurant ist meist sehr aufmerksam. Die Ärztin scheint etwas überfordert. Zimmer und Restaurant waren im Dezember recht kühl. Zu kühl. Wenn es uns möglich ist, werden wir wiederkommen
