The hotel is not managed directly by Hilton, so some of the amenities are a little below expectation. Our room (one bedroom suite with 2 double beds) was on the 3rd floor. Due to the space required for the HVAC ducting, the bedroom was noticeably smaller than we have experience at other Homewood Suites. Although we were warned that the area was a little ”sketchy” we did not experience anything out of the ordinary for a huge metropolitan location. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and well presented.

攜程訂的兩間大牀房，到前台準備入住，回答衹能查到一間雙牀，打攜程客服一直忙線，後來一位客服打給我，要和酒店前台對話，在給了酒店他們內部一個確認碼后，酒店查到科另外一間，還是雙牀，客服電話裏讓酒店前台換大牀，前台不肯，說無法換，最後衹能再等攜程去交涉，前後約一個小時，最後還是自己去找了酒店值班經理說明情況才得以入住，到酒店是晚上8點50，10點才拿到房卡，經歷了一天的長途疲勞還碰到這事比較糟心，酒店離市區位置比較近，價格比較便宜，畢竟希爾頓大牌，不過這類酒店早餐都要另外收費且貴，還是覺得holiday inn，crown plaza這類比較好，性價比高

My first real impression of this property after check in was very sketchy. We got off the elevator to our floor and immediately smelled *********. We were in our room for about an hour before leaving for dinner, by then the smell was coming into our room. We stopped by the front desk to inform them and were offered a room change. Upon our return from dinner we were given a new room. Initially everything was fine. Within an hour or so that floor also smelled of *********. We also discovered we had extremely noisy neighbors and it stayed that way for the majority of the night except between 11pm and 3 AM when they were presumably out. We didn’t get much rest that night. There was a lot of street noise, yet we were on the 10th floor. There was also a man smoking ********* in the outside seating area heading towards the garage. I understand the hotel can’t control the actions of their guests, but coupled with the general state of disrepair of the hotel I get the feeling that our experience was not unusual.

Our son was in a basketball tournament nearby so we stayed here for a week. It was a great central location to explore DC, Arlington, and Alexandria. There were also several great local restaurants all within walking distance and a Harris Teeter grocery directly across the street. Very easy place to stay with friendly staff and a good breakfast each morning to start the day. Would stay here again.

If I could rate the staff only, this would be 5 out of 5. Everyone was professional, cheerful, and welcoming. The hotel is not managed directly by Hilton, so some of the amenities are a little below expectation. Our room (one bedroom suite with 2 double beds) was on the 3rd floor. Due to the space required for the HVAC ducting, the bedroom was noticeably smaller than we have experience at other Homewood Suites. Although we were warned that the area was a little ”sketchy” we did not experience anything out of the ordinary for a huge metropolitan location. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and well presented.

A estadia foi ótima. O quarto é grande, pedi duas camas Queen, com café da manhã incluído. Na recepção eles tem café e chá, o que ajuda muito, as temperaturas são muito baixas. O café da manhã é bom, não tem leite sem lactose ou sem alimentos sem glúten. Mas na mesma rua tem tudo para comprar, desde que tenha carro. A localização é ótima. O carro fica no estacionamento deles é gratuito. Vale a pena ficar lá e visitar os museus e monumentos em Washington D.C.
