蓬美達四季度假村飯店(Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita)

You are not at the Four Seasons when you book a birthday dinner with your wife at a hotel restaurant, call ahead to make certain that they have it noted, and they forget. You still don’t feel like you’re at the Four Seasons when you sit down for dinner the next night at a different restaurant at the hotel and they bring your appetizers just after delivering the entrée. The third time was not a charm sitting down in their Asian eatery, just couldn’t eat it. You will feel you at some random all inclusive when they cancel an activity that was booked weeks in advance, 30 minutes before it’s to begin to start, giving you no other alternatives, and leaving you with an evening to plan without notice. I did feel like I was at the Four Seasons when dealing with the staff. They were well-trained, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The property is tired and will remind you of a Florida condo development. Overall, we are big fans of the Four Seasons, they just almost always deliver, but a big swing and a miss here.

Location is beautiful. Rooms were okay. Facilities were fine. Prices were ridiculous and although that’s expected at a property like this, I expected the meals and room to be much better. Service was disappointing outside of pool and beach service. The concierge told me I “was welcome to make my own arrangements” when I asked for a taxi booking to go to the airport. I could go on and on about how many completely reasonable requests were politely declined. Yoga mats, bicycle use, etc. Finally, the constant attempt at upselling was gross. This was my first experience at a Four Seasons so maybe my expectations have been set too high by the places I have stayed (Ritz, Fairmont, Oberoi, andBeyond, etc)

Not a great trip for my family. The resort adds many many taxes and fees that you don't know until you are there. They add a service fee to all meals and activities. Beware. My son also got food poisoning and is still stick 7 days later. It's been awful. I was sick with Mexico stomach the day after we arrived home. We never ate anywhere else but the resort. Everything is outrageously expensive. My massage with all the taxes and fees was $525. Think Mexico will be cheaper? Think again. Going back to Hawaii. Housekeeping service never came when we requested. We had to eventually flag down people. Not the service we have EVER experienced at a Four Seasons and we are frequent travelers to the brand. Thin walls in rooms and could hear the people next door.

Fantastic stay in paradise. The hotel is perfect. 2 pool areas, several beaches, a very nice gym, good restaurant. Excellent service. Staff friendly and accommodating. The sunset on the beach is amazing. We took a room with view on beach and ocean (room 1403) that left us speechless. We stayed 2 nights to then stay 2 nights In Puerto Vallarta city. I wish we could have stayed longer. Very expensive but a unique place. We loved it from beginning to end

Es un lugar de sueño, te quedas en tu cabaña y luego te desplazas en carritos, tiene varias piscinas y jacuzzi enorme, la.playa genial y la comida deliciosa. Si te quedas en el interior.con vistas al río también es maravilloso. Los baños y duchas un paraíso. Definitivamente lo pasaras bien.El personal siempre amable y dispuesto a que pases excelente estancia. Si no tienen algo harán lo.posible por complaciente.

This was our 3rd time staying at Four Seasons Punta Mita, and our 2nd time in 7 months. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, then Four Seasons Punta Mita is perfect. They know how to take care of their guests, and what separates them from the other luxury resorts is that they do so much for their guests without being asked. We travelled during the week of Spring Break as a group of 6 and stayed in the 4 bedroom Ocean Penthouse (#5631). We had a wonderful residential services coordinator, Dinorah G., who made sure every request was addressed almost immediately, from extra bars of soap to questions about the wifi. Our rental included use of a 6-person golf cart, and despite the Travel Advisory by the US State Depar**ent at the time of our stay, we felt very safe at the airport (PVR), onsite at the Four Seasons property, and on a short excursion to an authentic Mexican restaurant. First, the view of the ocean from our room was incredible. The penthouse was beautifully furnished and seemed relatively new compared to the furnishings we’ve had in their villas. All appliances were top of the line (e.g. Wolf), and there was also a gas grill outside next to the plunge pool. The suite had a stackable washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets to use. The resort was definitely more crowded than usual due to the Spring Break vacation. Dinner reservations at the resort were easy to get Monday thru Thursday; however, there was 1 time when we were unable to dine in at the resort because they were completely booked. If you plan to visit during a busy time (e.g. Spring Break, Thanksgiving, etc.), I would highly recommend booking your dinners in advance of your arrival. There are 2 beach areas – Cuevas Beach (soft sand, stronger waves, a few rocks on the ends of the beach) and Manzanillas Beach (more rocks, calmer water). Cuevas Beach is right by the restaurants and tends to be where most of the guests go. Definitely make reservations for your beach and pool chairs when you arrive as they do book up. We were very impressed with the Pool/Beach staff during this visit as they were incredibly helpful in getting us chairs and umbrellas throughout our stay despite being at capacity. Angel was always quick to help us with the water machine and making sure we had enough ice at the pool area. Luis and Alberto worked tirelessly the entire time on the beach side, bringing waters, meals, drinks, fresh towels, etc. with minimal wait times. What was particularly impressive and typical of the Four Seasons staff was when my 84 year old father decided he wanted to eat lunch with my mother at the pool, Alberto overheard this and personally walked with my father and carried his lunch tray from the beach all the way over to the pool, so my father could join my mother. Now that’s service! The beach staff also bring wonderful complimentary sample sized treats throughout the day, from mini popsicles to fruit smoothie shots. Snorkeling is grea

El perfecto escape, vistas increíbles, buena limpieza, linda atención. Lo que más me encanto fue la playa, es de las más bonitas que he visitado. La comida buena y el staff es muy amigable, ame la zona de lavado y lo mejor fue que pude contactar que son sustentables, hacen lo posible por evitar el plástico.

This hotel is not 5 stars AT ALL it looks more like an all inclusive in Cancun than a Four Seasons. It is completely outdated - has zero design sense and isn’t very clean from gross door mats outside each room that are falling apart to very messy bars with containers and washcloths strewn about - which is fine for a corner pub but not a Four Seasons. There is zero technology even has dial up phones in the rooms no speakers or iPads like other high end hotels. It’s not worth the money. Go to Nobu in Cabo for the same price and it is absolute perfection big rooms, spa like bathrooms gorgeous pools and excellent food. We came here to surf and haven’t done so yet so hopefully that’s at least decent.

Nuestra estadía para el 49 aniversario de boda fue maravilloso en este gran hotel. El perosonal de servicio fue muy amable y atendió puntualmente nuestros requerimientos. Las renovaciones han modernizado y traído confort adicional en todas las instalaciones. Las comidas fantásticas y la atención en la playa insuperable. Las jornadas de golf fueron de maravilla así como el transporte.
