Muy sencillo

En general muy bien. El mesero Roberto de restaurante Nest espectacular, no asi el resto que el servicio el primer día muy bueno, los dos dias intermedios de nuestra estancia regular a mal y el último dia muy bien de nuevo. La habitación al llegar despues de hacer check in estaba lleba de arena en el piso y dos toallas usadas en el piso igual. Y moverse con carriola es muy complicado, no hay rampas, se tiene que estar cargando por todos lados

Me encanto la atencion del personal, la calidad de los alimentos y las instalaciones. Solo mejoraria el colchon de la habitacion

Decepcionante en varios sentidos. Servicio que deja mucho que desear. Algunas de las amenidades para niños por las que elegimos el hotel estaban fuera de servicio y no nos informaron con anticipación. El servicio de butler muy decepcionante. Sumamente incómodo que te están acosando constantemente durante toda tu estancia para venderte un tiempo compartido o servicios adicionales como estudios fotográficos, masajes, etc. No pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estancia y el balance general es que nos sentimos engañados por muchas razones.

En general esta bien el hotel pero las áreas comunes muy descuidadas y baños de esas áreas muy sucias

Me agrado que se enfocara en el servicio para niños ya qué hay variedad de instalaciones y eventos para ellos 😊

From the moment you book family selection they make it seem like you get a great service. The host we were provided didn’t do anything for us. She never helped to book any restaurant reservations or provide any services. She lied about a lot of things and the staff lied about stuff as well. The host said she was there to help with anything but she did nothing but say no to everything. Supposedly all the restaurants were booked prior to us going. That means we have to eat at the buffet everyday. We traveled with other friends as well but they were able to get a reservation (even though we were there before them and after them). We were given grand palladium gift card but when we tried to use it they all lied and made up stories. I would never go back to this place due the lies and deceitful of some of the workers . Only people that were good were servers at the pool and some of the restaurants. It might be possibly the host we had but she was horrible . She lied and the front desk workers lied about everything.
