L'hotel si trova a 4 minuti a piedi dal centro termale Fortyseven, per questa ragione lo abbiamo scelto. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, la camera era luminosa e spaziosa, i letti molto comodi e la colazione davvero ottima. Tutto ciò ad un prezzo conveniente comprensivo anche del parcheggio gratuito dentro all'albergo. Da consigliare vivamente!

Ich bin seit über 15 Jahren regelmässig Gast und bin von dem Hotel nach wie vor begeistert. Nebst einem Frühstück welches seinesgleichen weltweit sucht, gibt es eine sehr gute Küche mit einer überschaubaren Karte. Dank der ruhigen Lage kann man bei frischer Luft und offenem Fenster gut schlafen.

Wir waren vom 30.Dez. bis 1. Jan im Ramada. Aufenthalt war okay für 2 Nächte. Die Sauberkeit des Deluxe- Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett und unter und vor dem Nachttisch war es sehr staubig, sogar ein Kronkorken lag noch vom Vorgänger unter dem Bett. Es gab ein digitales Tablett für die Hotelinformationen, was soweit okay war. Man wurde hier darauf hingewiesen, dass viele Leute keinen Zimmerservice möchten und musste mehrmals bestätigen, wenn man es doch wollte. Nachdem ich dies tat, wurde ich mit einer Nachricht darauf hingewiesen, dass sie keinen Service anbieten können, aufgrund der Silvestervorbereitungen. Wir fanden uns damit ab und belegten das Zimmer. Plötzlich kam dann doch der Reinigungsservice. Wir wollten ein Bad nehmen, doch hatten keinen Badeschaum oder Badesalz. Das Housekeeping sowie die Rezeption wusste nicht, was Badeschaum ist, klärte es ab und sagte dann, dass sie dies nicht haben. Es gab anstelle davon Bodylotion. Wir kauften uns also im Coop dann Badesalz und merkten, dass die Brause der Wanne kaputt ist. Für 460 Franken für 2 Nächte, erwarte ich hier grundsätzlich ein Topp Zimmer. Die Qualitativ des Frühstücks war nicht optimal. Es war okay, doch wenn man pro Kaffee fast 20 Minuten anstehen muss, vergeht die Lust und gemütlich ist das Frühstück so auch nicht mehr. Es gibt nur eine langsame Kaffeemaschine für einen Saal voller Leute. Pro Kaffee braucht man etwa 45 Sekunden. Bei Latte Macchiato etc. länger. Rührei wurde erst nach Anfrage aufgefüllt und als es kam, war es kalt. Die Kaffeemaschine jammert für den Trester und Auffangschale zu leeren, was auch wieder 5 Minuten Arbeit kostet. Das Abendessen und der Service im Restaurant Elements im Hause war sehr gut. Das Personal stets sehr freundlich. Leider merkte man als Gast den Personalmangel, was bei dem Preis nicht der Fall sein sollte. Bei Reduktion hätte ich Verständnis. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und wir würden aus praktischer Sicht wiederkommen, auch wenn es den 4 Sternen nicht gerecht wird.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Baden mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, welche man braucht. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und iPad. Geräumige und willkommenheissende Lobby mit angrenzender Bar, insbesondere im Restaurant sehr freundliches Personal. Danke und auf ein nächstes Mal.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with all the traditional European items. Restaurant for dinner is also excellent with good service. Close to the bus station for convenient transportation. Nice country environment.

Nice hotel with good location. Nice large and quiet room. Good breakfast. Only thing we were missing was a dressing mirror by the wardrobes and refill of coffe in the room. Small tings really, overall a pleasant stay, thank you.

Masterfully managed by the highly experienced Swiss GM Marco Saxer who has an international career experience, this Provencal-coloured hotel is quiet and noise-free even outside, and offers rooms that are pleasant to live in, with enough space to make you feel at home. The bedding is comfortable and impeccable. Coffee machine and soft drinks (beer, sodas, etc.) in the fridge are provided free of charge the first time. The bathrooms are a little dated but perfectly maintained, only their ceilings need to be renovated/refreshed. The restaurant offers an interesting and varied menu, and its outdoor area is very pleasant. The dishes are beautifully presented and the freshness of the produce is much appreciated. One small downside: the terrace under the three-hundred-year-old lime tree, the hotel's mascot, is no longer accessible. This needs to be corrected, as the shady location is ideal for lunch and evenings in summer. Situated 30 minutes in car from Zurich Airport and on the outskirts of Baden's historic old town on the banks of the River Limmat, within walking distance of the hotel, this establishment is well worth a visit.

Nous avons choisi le forfait wellness deux jours de suite (presque 1000 francs suisses) pour nous reposer après un long voyage. Notre expérience n’était pas bonne. Pour simplifier, je vais énumérer les ennuis: 1) Nous avons demandé un early check-in pour mieux profiter de notre journée au Fortyseven et la demande a été acceptée; à notre arrivée, toutefois, pas de chambre disponible. On a dû attendre. De quoi décourager immédiatement. 2) Donc pas de champagne dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Ça gâche le plaisir. 3) Au Fortyseven on ne voulait pas permettre qu’on revienne l’après-midi, alors que le forfait wellness de l’hôtel parle de toute une journée chez eux. Il aura fallu beaucoup discuter, beaucoup s’énerver pour pouvoir se rendre aux bains l’après-midi. Encore une fois, le plaisir a été complètement gâché. 4) Le deuxième jour, le Fortyseven ne nous a pas donné de linge, alors que le forfait le spécifiait clairement. On a dû s’énerver de nouveau, encore du gâchis. 5) Au restaurant de l’hôtel, le deuxième jour, nous sommes arrivés pour notre menu 3 plats et avons été très mal reçus par le vieux garçon, hautain et désagréable. Heureusement les serveuses étaient tout le contraire, souriantes et gentilles. 6) Les deuxième jour, pas de champagne dans la chambre. On a dû demander plusieurs fois. Ça nous a passablement agacés. 7) Le « remplissage » du minibar, compris dans le forfait: deux bouteilles de coca, une bière, un jus de pomme. C’est une blague? 8) Salle de bain pas très propre. Poussière sous le lit. Robe de chambre avec des tâches. En résumant, très mauvaise expérience, un forfait qui ne correspond pas aux attentes. Nous ne reviendrons JAMAIS.
