早餐還好，設施有點舊

還算乾淨吧，沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷牙膏，房間沒有窗户，出差睡一覺問題不大

洗漱用具沒有提前放好，空調聲音太大

My stay here has not been pleasant. Once you checked in you must provide a deposit of 2000 Pesos, and when booking into the room you come across a laminated card that makes you feel unwelcome and anxious stating what they will charge you for if you make a mess in the hotel room. It is a bit ridiculous. When I checked in there was quite a bit of dust on the bed side tables and head board. Not to mention how over priced the hotel laundromat is, it’s 4 times the amount of local laundromats located down the street of the hotel. Even the breakfast is over priced compared to what you get at other hotels. They even charge you 250 Pesos to use the pool. If you book a standard room they don’t even give you complementary water, you must take the jug from the room (which is not even clean) and walk down the corridor to fill it up. There are much better hotels that are cheaper and you get more for you money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked using trip(.)com app when I was at the front desk and my reservation was instantly seen by the staff. Rooms are basic, decent cleanliness. Breakfast was plated and delicious, but coffee was powdered.

Friend recommended avenue suites. Great staff, but bathroom grout was moldy, shower broken, and combo shampoo and gel. Great location, lots of food options. Would stay again.

The swimming pool is dirty. They did not give you a towel at the swimming pool. They want to charge you for that. The breakfast menu is pretty basic. The AC in the room is not cold after asking the front desk to fix the problem or change the room they said they would send an engineer, but still the air-conditioning was not cold and very noisy would not recommend this hotel to check in early. They had a room available but I had to pay a full days price. 

Zimmer etwas klein, Bett bequem. Kein freies Trinkwasser im Zimmer, wie es sonst üblich ist. Pool kostet extra 250Peso pro Nase. Personal freundlich. Für eine Nacht ok.

So so hotel in the middle of bacolod. Need to Improve service and accommodations. 2 star at most

The hotel wasn’t transparent of the other charges. Not everyone who booked a room can use the hotel amenities. It is expensive for a night that you even have to pay for a pair of disposable slippers. So many hidden charges that are not convenient. Not recommend. 👎🏼

Great hotel with a central location. Friendly staff. Just make sure you have cash with you because they don’t accept credit cards for deposit.

It was a nice stay...the kids love the pool i booked the room for 2 and i pay additional for the kids. Bed are clean and tidy there is no fridge in the room and no mini bar, toiletries are very limited. we got free access in the pool for kids as i don't ask for extra bed. Food in the café was delicious the staff is very accommodating. overall it was a nice stay.

They like to nickel and dime you to use the pool water. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me a pool should be free especially if you don't even use a towel. They also forgot to inform on this at check in.
