酒店很新，設備都不錯，最nice的是酒店人員英文溝通沒問題，還自動給房間升級為套房，給了個大大的驚喜。

It was a terrible experience at first that turned later to below average. I was surprised with a rude person who did my checkin. He was unprofessional, nor did he have the attitude neither the look of guest reception. The room was dirty, I had to change it ( I found dirty sheets and hair on the bed) the 2nd room was also dirty. The room had AC but they turned it off, the same rude guy from the reception was telling guests that the season for AC has not started when it was very hot and humid in there. They also activate the keycard for 48h then you have to go ask them to reactivate it again. They said the system had a problem but I guess they were doing it on purpose to make people go to the reception just in case. The room service was not on a daily basis and the breakfast was terrible. I’ll never go back.

El lugar es bonito, súper limpio y bien atendido, el internet no es bueno. Un problema serio que tuvimos fue que el establecimiento te ofrece traslados turísticos y al aeropuerto, los cuales los opera uno de los señores que trabaja en el lugar, al final solicitamos que nos llevara al aeropuerto y envío al hijo para hacer el traslado, cuando llegamos nos cobró 50% más de lo anotado, llamamos al establecimiento y señor se negó a responder y finalmente tuvimos que pagar lo que nos cobraban, lo cual nos pareció muy deshonesto, así que cuidado con este señor.

這是我第二次入住這個夢幻般的地方,一定會回來的。酒店位於麥地那的壁爐,靠近商務旅行或聖日所需的一切。房間乾淨,裝飾精美。如果你是歷史愛好者,一定會愛上這個地方,工作人員很好,很樂於助人,早餐很好,很好吃。我住在11月,當時餐廳在麥地那很早關門,所以我真的很感激在酒店餐廳吃晚餐的可能性,當你可以品嚐美味的當地食物,價格優惠。還有一個天台,在突尼斯夜夜可以欣賞浪漫的景色。冬天,雖然有暖氣,但晚上房間可能很冷。但總而言之,這家酒店以合理的價格提供了極好的體驗。不要猶豫,要求他們的出租車司機往返機場。它可能會安全你的時間和金錢。

快驚喜,美麗的舒適酒店,執行室很寬,裝修好,裝備好。舒適的牀,大室。大的地下會議室。工作人員也很。我可以在餐廳吃飯,吃的布ffet,好,多樣化。我會回來的。

首先，剛到房間housekeeper 好像敲錯門，然後在衛生間毛巾上發現一根陌生頭髮，浴衣全是線頭，泳池做的雞尾酒不好喝，比Radisson blu差遠了，賴在設備頭上，技術有待提高。樓頂的餐廳太昏暗，菜單都看不清楚。泳池邊的餐廳不錯，餐食很好，w衹是領位的姑娘好像不知道自己在做什麼，把我們領到一個沒收拾的餐桌，但其實有很多桌子空着的。再有，酒店的標識不是很清楚，碰到很多客人都在不停的找自己的房間。早餐還是OK的。整體來講，如果以四季的標準衡量，這可能是我住過最尷尬的四季酒店了。順便說一下，花園可以再打理得仔細點。

多麼棒的住宿地點。美麗的藝術裝飾大樓就在市中心,很容易到達梅迪納,商店,餐館,鐵路等。從接待處到餐廳工作人員和客房清潔人員,工作人員效率高,樂於助人和友好。到達後,我們被分配到大樓後面的一樓的一個房間。酒店大樓不遠有一小塊公寓,可惜有一隻狗在叫,時間很晚,很早。似乎被遺落在陽台上。我不知道酒店對此能做些什麼,但這是一個問題。第二天我們得到了樓前3樓的房間。所以感謝接待處安排的那位先生。這是完美的,沒有噪音,就像第一個房間一樣大小和舒適。早餐的傳播很棒,有熱和冷菜,還有可愛的奶酪,麪包,糕點和其他很多。真正的盛宴。一個值得稱道的優秀評分(儘管有狗叫),我們一定會再次入住

酒店位置不錯 ，入口在巷子裏。早餐很普通，出去不遠就有餐廳。出入地下車庫小心 不要聽工作人員指揮 一定要自己看位子。

Très décevant pour un 5 etoiles, l hôtel la maison blanche a perdu son faste d antan.... On arrive sur les étages de chambres sur moquettes non aspirées depuis des mois certainement tellement elles sont sales, on découvre certe une chambre spacieuse ( d'où le critère 5 étoiles) mais qui est vétuste et a besoin de rafraîchissement, la salle de bain est spacieuse mais sans confort et surtout avec des articles de toilettes déjà utilisés.... La literie reste confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un cauchemar....pas digne d un 5 étoiles . Il faut demander pour avoir des viennoiseries, le café il faut racler les fonds de thermos pour en avoir car ils ne rechargent pas, le fromage qui date de on ne sait quand et la charcuterie sèche et déshydratée. Vraiment vivement que les responsables se rendent compte de ce qu est un vrai 5 étoiles et même en Tunisie .... Ouvrez vos yeux!!!

我喜歡這家酒店的位置和工作人員。我不喜歡基本的房間，沒有吹風機，設施很差，而且缺乏隔音設施。我在這家酒店住了 4 晚。其中心位置方便前往城市便利設施。入住效率很高，可以用卡片付款。工作人員很棒，非常友善和專業，總是面帶微笑，隨時準備提供幫助。然而，房間很基本，缺乏隔音設施。我可以聽到水管流過的聲音、準備早餐時發出的噪音，並感受到 101 房間天花板上持續發出的嗡嗡聲，可能是空調的聲音。搬到401號房後，噪音有所改善，但帶上耳塞。你的門下有一個空間，你可以聽到鄰居關門、走路、呼吸的聲音。早餐選擇很少，主要包括麵包、奶油、一顆雞蛋、兒童果汁、咖啡和牛奶。昨晚，電梯故障，噪音一直持續到早上。缺乏便利設施和噪音幹擾影響了我住宿的整體品質。儘管位置便利，房間乾淨，但物有所值還是值得懷疑的。
