Cama comodísima, colchon, edreson, baño perfecto y muy calentito, tebia calefaccion. Atención excelente. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Tuvimos una urgencia por la noche y nos solucionaron el problema sin ningún inconveniente.

Stayed here several times, lovely rooms , fantastic location and priced fairly . Huge plus is the restaurant and bar The Stravaig attached which is a must to visit !!

Utterly impersonal. I had an email giving me instructions on how to get in. I wasn't allowed open all the instructions until almost check in time at 1500. I was told to go in a side door, not the front door which was about 12 feet away. There was a key pad which I didn't use as the door was open. Psst the "unmanned" reception desk and up the stairs to my room accessed by putting numbers into a key pad. Nice room. Described as Deluxe Double, an extravagant description. The toilet seat in the tiny bathroom was up when I arrived and I noticed a yellow stain around the under side of the rim of the seat. Bed was very comfortable. No hairdryer. To use mine I removed the coffee machine plug. I slept well until 5am when somebody began shifting furniture about downstairs and a door kept banging. Other than that, the TV was fine, I couldn't open the window which I was instructed to leave shut on departure, so one less thing to do as I have to re read instructions on where to leave the towel. I saw nobody! 😆😅🥰😂

We booked one night at the hotel but decided to leave shortly after checking in. We had specifically requested twin beds, but the room had a queen bed instead. There was no staff on-site to help, and when we called customer service, they told us no one would be come over to resolve the issue. We also noticed that the entry code for the main door was the same as our room code, which felt quite unsafe — it seemed like anyone with access to the building could potentially get into the room. We reported our concerns to the hotel and asked for a refund, but our request was declined. The worst experience I had with an hotel.

Bathroom floor dirty. I had to clean it with hot water and towel. Noise from extractor on roof disturbed sleep. Air con was ineffective so we had to drive to the range to buy a fan.

We stayed here due to issues with Craig Tara! The hotel is lovely and central to Ayr! Close to all shops and restaurants/bars. It is a smart hotel, meaning you check in using your phone and they email your room number and code to your room on your phone. No keys needed. Which is very convenient’ The rooms do get cleaned daily while using! The room we had was lovely. Great working tv, the bathroom was good, very modern. They had extra toilet rolls, hand soap and even shampoo/conditioners and body wash! Towels included. In the room you also have a wardrobe, table and chair with a big mirror and a sofa! The room also comes with tea/coffee, a coffee machine, biscuits and bottled water. Quiet hotel which is also great! The cleaning staff are lovely. There is also parking attached to the hotel and it has plenty of spaces and it’s free! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would return!

A nice enough hotel, with nice coffee and biscuits in the room, and nicely positioned. Main complaint is that this hotel requires a £100 refundable or £11 non refundable security deposit. I didn't notice this till after booking and on arrival at the hotel. It's buried in the fine print of booking. Com and not mentioned at all on the hotel's Web site at the time of my stay. So....no choice, but I was very unhappy having never been required to give this in any hotel in my 45 years of traveling. It's an unstaffed hotel, so no-one to talk to about it on arrival, and no way are you getting your room access code without paying in advance. Then, the stress of wondering whether it would indeed be refunded, and having to check my credit card account for it every few days really detracted from my stay. By the way, the hotel says they may take up to two weeks to refund it in the check in process. Just not a customer focussed approach and I wouldn't stay again solely for that reason.
