"The Burnside is a welcoming guest house with very clean, well appointment rooms. The host, Paul, is friendly and accommodating, and it was a pleasure to chat with him. My room had a separate bathroom right next door on the top floor, which wasn't a problem. The shower is excellent. The family room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I stayed for two nights and chose to have breakfast. The available selection was good and cooked breakfast was very tasty. The location of the guest house is ideal for being close to town and the beach. There is permit parking outside, and I was given a free permit for the duration of my stay. I would certainly recommend this property for your stay in Ayr."

"We booked on line with ***********, when we arrived we were told there was no kitchen as it was getting refurbished, they should have been upfront with this before booking  We also had our 9 year old granddaughter with us and due to the bye laws she was not allowed in the bar even with been accompanied with an adult. The problem was on Friday evening there was nowhere for us to sit with our drinks and after a lot of consultation we were eventually allowed to sit in the breakfast area. Not good enough"

"去年在曼徹斯特西迪茲伯裏災難性的住宿後,恢復了我們對Premier Inn的信心。愉快的晚餐和不錯的員工。房間較小,但有我們喜歡的步入式淋浴。浴室有有效的通風,房間也有定向牀頭燈,可以閱讀在這兩種情況下,更昂貴的酒店都不可能做到這一點。沒有空調,我們再次喜歡,儘管有一個非常溫暖的夜晚,-不像愛丁堡公園酒店那樣空調的粉絲。早餐的茶壺值得讚賞,而不是杯子裏的茶包的粉絲。"

"Excellent in every way. Lots of attention to detail in furnishings, room facilities (tea, coffee, hair washing, hand cream), breakfast (plenty of variety and all cooked to order), room decorations (lovely wall hangings, ceramics). Very welcoming and friendly with very pleasant cheerful and helpful staff. Easy walk to the railway station, a little bit further to the bus station but still easily manageable on flat ground."
