帕伯斯納帕岩飯店 - 僅成年人(Pambos Napa Rocks Hotel - Adults Only)

I have stayed at some bad places but this is by far the worst. As a Cypriot myself im embarrassed that they allowed hotels like this to operate in Cyprus. There is zero hygiene. The bed sheets hadnt been cleaned just turned over, dead cockroaches left for days in the hallway and just filthy rooms. Complained to staff who did nothing and just shrugged their shoulders. Left a night early. Pambos you should be ashamed of yourself clean your act! Dont STAY HERE.

Me and 2 girlfriends after much deliberation because of the reviews stayed at Pambos. Athena was fully booked. On initial arrival we were mildly pleased as the room wasn’t too bad it appears slight modification had been done, however every night we were being bitten to death by what felt like fleas or bed bugs, after 4 nights we weren’t given any clean bedding or towels. There was evidence of what looked to be bed bugs after complaining to the receptionist because we couldnt bare to be bitten anymore, a very rude and smug red head (don’t know her name) practically laughed in our face and said she wouldn’t do anything, saying there was no problem, we proceeded to ***** our beds to discover what looked like human faeces on the mattress cover, disgusted we had slept on it for 4 nights, we persisted and argued back for an hour she finally agreed to contact the manger. After an hour we returned to reception for an answer the manger had said we could have a new room, checked the beds and they appeared much cleaner, 1st night no bites although there was loads of ants around the fridge and the tap for the shower was broken. The aircon is €10 a day, which u can’t survive without because the rooms are sweltering. We asked for clean towels the next day but we’re refused because we got them with the new room the day before, the showers in both rooms were freezing cold, we’ve stayed at party hotels before it’s not like we expected 5* service but general hygiene and hospitality should be basic requirements in any hotel. Clearly those rules don’t apply here. So Basically don’t stay here. It’s a sh*t hole. The hotels not a vibe, any parties that do go on here u have to pay for anyway. Green bungalows opposite seems much more lively and nicer. We did meet the manager on arrival after we got here at 7am and wanted early check in which was €30 she did seem nice enough however we never seen her again. This hotel should be condemned it’s that bad, we’ve stayed at BH in Magaluf and Ibiza rocks hotel as-well and they’re basically 5* compared to Pambos.

OMG..such a filthy and derelict place..we had to put our towels and clothes on top of the stained sheets..the only good thing is the location. Otherwise if you want to step into a horror movie than stay at this hotel :)

My friend and I visited this place last week. We needed to find a doctor and the clinic attached to this hotel had advice on the clinic window advising if there was no doctor available to reach a doctor at the hotel reception of this hotel. What a hell hole. Upon entering the hotel I noticed a stage which looked like it was shut down as all the lights were off and there was no one there. Considering it was 10 pm at night I thought it was a bit strange that there was no entertainment going on. Opposite the main stage there were rooms which had curtains which looked like they were barely hanging onto their rails. We continued to walk and try to find reception. We entered a corridor which could only be described as what looked like a prison cell. We continued to walk through the prison cell corridor and found reception. The staff were so rude stating that this was the wrong reception. There was no additional advice from the reception or help so we had to walk through other corridors of the hotel to find another reception. It was a wonderful experience, seeing punch holes in walls and doors that appeared like they had been kicked in. We ended up going one floor below the reception which I believe was the basement. This was a purely scary experience as we walked through the ghostly corridor came to the end of the corridor where there were bin bags outside one room, a big punch hole in the wall and the end room had all of its stuff outside and broken into bits. When walking through another corridor and down a stairwell there was a random mattress which looked like it was from the 70s standing on its end in the stairwell. We also ended up walking outside and passed another pool which looked like it was out of use as it had leaves in it and looked disgusting. There were also trip hazards outside and around the pool areas with hoses draping from rooms across to the pool area. The surrounding area was not much better it can only be described as located in the ghetto of AYA Napa. Would never ever ever stay here

After reading all the bad reviews we were quite scared to turn up to this hotel however the room was better than expected and was quite modern the only thing wrong with the room was the aircon you have to pay an extra €10 a night for aircon and Wi-Fi is €2/hr. the pool is a decent size but is warm due to the heat but for what we paid for I would definitely recommend younger people to stay. Lots of people to get to know and have fun. You get what you pay for and I would stay again.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Total dump. Rooms were dirty. Just arrived in our room and there was sick all over our balcony. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. Towels not changed. A couple in our party didn’t have there towels changed all week and gave up asking as none of the staff give a sh*t. The Air conditioning was extra cost again!! Those of us that shelled out for it all came home with coughs and sore throats as it would seem the units have never been serviced and the filters blew out dirty air!!! The pool area needs to seen to be believed I did take some video footage which I am unable to download to trip advisor. Just take my word for it. Looked like a derelict building site. Cost us extra to attend a pool party in our own hotel pool!!!!! This place needs to be knocked down or set on fire as it’s a total health and safety hazard and a massive con for money. Did report it to On the beach who weren’t that interested. After all they already had our money. Tried to get a flight home early as the place was horrible but wasn’t able to. There is one positive though. We didn’t have a food package so didn’t need to eat there. Thank god. Think that would have been the end for a few of us! Filthy, dump, do NOT go there. You have been warned. Read the other reviews!!!!!!

This hotel is a absolute slum. Staff are not interested one bit took us over a hour to check in, then when we got the keys the we went down to the room and the cleaners was still in there. There was cans and bottles all over the floor, the toilet was blocked up, the head board was hanging on the floor, sick all over the balcony. When we told the cleaner to clean up the sick she went to brush it up and the brush went straight over it it had been there so long. Room didnt get cleaned once in 7 days or no new towels. We were 1 pillow short in the room so we had to buy one. I you could generally not pay me to stay here again

The worst hotel ever. We were charged twice for our aircon that did work for 3 days out of the week (in a 45 degree heatwave). Staff on reception were no help and didn’t care one bit. ESPECIALLY the red headed lady who works on reception she was absolutely vile to everyone, never met such a rude receptionist. She may aswell have laughed in our faces everytime we spoke to her. Not to mention rooms look like a prison cells and stink or damp. They also said no when we asked for clean towels. Just awful! Also on the day of checking out the rude lady at reception wouldn’t let us put our suitcases somewhere safe as we had to check out at 11am and our flight wasn’t til late evening. Meaning we had nowhere safe to keep our luggage all day. Even though, the day before the man working at reception allowed a group of around 20 boys to keep their luggage behind their for the day. The list goes on!!!!

Only came here for the pool party which was amazing, just wanted to give a massive shout to Ben and Tony who were the most amazing and helpful people ever. Both sorted out our pool party tickets last minute and threw in a VIP area and a bottle of fizz. So unbelievably grateful that we met these two as they helped us during our whole stay in order to make the hen do packed with fun, with free entries, boat party tickets and just general help with the best restaurants and places to go. Thank you both so much! The pool party was so good and fun, quite busy even though we came a little out of season, staff all friendly and polite, deffo recommend!
