Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to Antoinette. Made us feel super welcome. Everyone was very nice. She just had something very welcoming about her.

Little run down but great staff good breakfast and easy parking. Restaurant at sister hotel next door was good also.

First time here the evening clerk was very pleasant everytime and made it easy to check in. All staff was wonderful

This property is not the best Hilton property I've ever stayed at, but the customer service is immaculate. We were driving into town really late and I called to let them know well in advance (also previously added a 'Late Arrival' comment on the reservation). From the front desk rep that I spoke to on the phone and then in person upon arrival, to the rep that I interacted with the next morning, everyone was so pleasant and genuinely nice. The customer service was more than enough to make up for the 'less than wow room' decor and sub-par cleanliness of the dishes in the full size kitchen or the corners of the bathroom. I personally wouldn't stay here again but I did appreciate the hospitality.

Homewood suits is usually one of our favorites for the family, but this hotel was underwhelming and seemed to need maintenance to upkeep the property

Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was great...having coffee 24/7 was awesome...I would definitely stay there again.

The suite was awesome, made us feel like being at home. Loved the breakfast and Wed dinner time.

I had to switch rooms immediately because I found someones sock on the floor, therefore telling me that the room service didn't clean thoroughly at all. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and definitely didnt meet expectations.
