Found a cockroach in my room - no compensation was offered. Overall a little refreshment would be necessary for this place.

Chegamos para fazer checkin pela noite e havia uma fila grande com apenas 1 funcionário, mas foi bom o atendimento. O restaurante anexo ao hotel já estava fechado. Os quartos tem forte cheiro de mofo/umidade, as toalhas eram todas rasgadas, velhas e pequenas. O tamanho do quarto é bom, banheiro pequeno. Limpeza das áreas comuns precisa melhorar.

The place needs a good cleaning. The room was fine, but the hallways, lobby, outside need a good cleaning.

The bathtub's faucet is not working properly and the floor is quite dirty. Needs either washing or mopping.

The bed and room were comfortable. Ask for an accessible room so that we could have a walk-in shower. But it was not that you still have to step in over the tub. Overall it was just a little rundown they need to upgrade the furniture and do a carpet cleaning. Other hotels around it the area was safe enough it's about 10 minutes from 6th Street.

My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Austin was a horrible experience. The room smelled moldy and musty, the enamel on the bathtub was already peeling off. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. The air conditioning was so loud that I had to turn it off to get some sleep at night, however I didn't feel like it was helping to improve the air anyway. The “gym” was basically just a small room with a treadmill and some dumbbells. I was traveling alone and didn't feel safe. I tried to shorten my trip by a day, but the management refused to reimburse me for the extra night, but I left anyway. I was too worried about my well being. The only good thing was the free parking on site.
