奧斯汀萬麗飯店(Renaissance Austin Hotel)

Consistently lovely hotel with consistently good service. The juevos rancheros I ordered and had delivered to my room were incredibly good! And the coffee was nice and strong ….. glad I asked for extra cream and sugars ! Great location near the Arboretum stores and shops at the Domain . Also close to Whole Foods, H‑E‑B grocery store, Gateway movie theater, and lots of good restaurants, many within walking distance.. Large rooms, bathroom stocked with Aveda products. (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap for hands) was a very nice touch! The only thing I didn’t like was they have recently started charging for self parking in their uncovered lot ….. I paid $20 on 1/31/24. I don’t like that at all. Just put the price in your room rate and say free parking!

Book this hotel because when I saw it on trip.com I already like it the ambiance is nice, clean and the room is big we stay there 1 night with my family I'm going to book again there on the future trip because the location is great the parking so surrounded with trees...so far so good 😊

Nice hotel just was a little further out depending on the attractions you are visiting in Austin the outside restaurant / deck is pretty chilled after a long day of touring the rooms were nice and basic

At check in, I was told that I had a standard king bedroom. I was traveling with a same sex friend and we never reserve a king room. We always try to reserve some type of suite. In fact, on this occasion, we had reserved an executive suite. This accommodation was confirmed by ********** and by the hotel. This reservation was made on 7/19. Not only did we not get the room we reserved. we did not get a credit for the difference in the price of the room. We were only given Bonvoy points. We are not happy and wonder about our reservation of the same type of room on 9/16.

My room faced the atria which was often noisy with music, laughing, shouting, etc. Walls are not very soundproofed. Room and bathroom are slightly run-down for a 4-star hotel. Unexpected $20/night parking fee, not administered by the hotel.

Clean, comfortable atrium hotel close to chain dining and shopping. As with all hotels of this style, the live performers from the bar/restaurant can be heard in the rooms (3rd floor). But the live performances are finished by a decent hour. Enjoyed our stay (1 adult, 1 college student, 1 teen).

I paid for parking at the front desk. However when I got to my card there was a card that wanted to go online & pay for parking again.

Break-ins and no proactive approach to protecting guests' vehicles. Staff aware of break-ins. Over 13 vehicles with broken windows and counting.
