我很不高興必須當場得到另一個房間。我和其他 3 個人一起旅行，我們的房間裏有 2 張大床，但酒店每間房間的人數不超過 2 人。我知道 covid 是一個問題，但我覺得這是一個騙局。我花了 100 美元買了一間基本的 1 星級房間。

不太確定。不花哨。不是棘輪！

Heads up, the property does NOT look like pictures from the outside at all. Pics show a yellow building that looks like the Best Western next door, but it’s actually a blue building that looks like a motel. The room doors are on the outside. Area where property is doesn’t feel safe at all. Random people walking in the parking lot and homeless people around the facility. The receptionist at front desk has to manually open front door and im sure it’s due to safety reasons. Room was clean and pleasant but i slept with the office chair in front of the door. I wouldnt stay again due to safety concerns.

Quiero hacerles ver que me cancelaron mi reservación que tenía activa todavía en línea, llegue al hotel eh iba a pagar y me dijeron que estaba cancelada mi reservación, tuve que hacer otra allí nomás y me hicieron pagar el doble, no tuve alternativa que quedarme allí ya que necesitaba descansar ya que al día siguiente me tocaba ir a una conferencia internacional de periodistas, así que eso no fue justo.

Me hicieron cambios al valor de los que yo tenía que pagar, me cobraron el doble aduciendo de que me reservación estaba cancelada y en online todavía aparecía activa mi reservación

El desayuno es pan, café y un jugo.

Muy poco interés al cliente, han pasado ya 24 horas y el deposito de $100 no lo han devuelto.

I’m sad to say this but the place is run down and not is a place for families. If you are looking for a one night late notice nothing else. Had to tough it out with my family because the no refund and we made the best with what we had. The humidity in the air of the place is the number one thing I would say needs to be fixed and the cleanliness is not good. Sorry.

Our first room already had someone in there so he gave us another room, that smelt like smoke

It’s an older motel but it has been renovated. Good location away from the night walkers that break into car in Austin. I went to eat the “free breakfast” twice and they didn’t have anything out except for coffee. Other than that I can’t complain. Oh yeah. The tv talks in a depressed voice every time you change a channel or turn the volume up or down. It was like I was roommates with my buddy’s depressing wife.

Nice enough rooms, staff were friendly enough, no chairs, breakfast was a bag lunch which is ok. Good for the price, quick drive to access other stuff, but not much around.
