Checkout is at 12:30 pm so that you can stay in bed longer on the last day of stay. Patio available for picnic and enjoyment of the outdoors as it is shaded by big Pecan Tree. Enjoy a round of golf on nearby Hancock Golf Course. A Spotless, serene and tranquil location that is beautiful, and conveniently located to the UT Austin campus as well as groceries and cafes and includes dedicated parking spaces. I highly recommend this VRBO as a definite 5 star location that we would love to return to.

Convenient Location
This place is very spacious and conveniently close to the University. Although, it’s close to the hustle and bustle of university life, this area is surprisingly calm and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay at this place when visiting our daughter.

Nice easy stay
This was probably the cleanest VRBO property we have ever been in. Everything was nice and tidy, floors clean, kitchen was well-equipped. It was also very nice to have some easy options for breakfast in the freezer that the kids really enjoyed. Instructions were simple and clear (no 20-point checkout process), and the host responded to our questions efficiently. We would recommend this property.

Great location. Great place
We came in to watch a football game and, while our team didn’t do so great, the house was perfect. Great location, we walked to the game with no problems. We were able to get in without any problems and there was plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely come back.

Modern, Clean and Great Location
This property was just how it is portrayed. We had 6 adults on our trip. Everything was clean, the owners were easy to communicate with. The neighbors were friendly.
