奧杜邦福吉谷希爾頓Tru飯店(Tru by Hilton Audubon Valley Forge)

I would of been so much better but couldn’t sleep due to so many kids running up and down the halls all night yelling and talking. Was very disappointed.

Pros: good breakfast, easy check-in, clean room (except for the smell.. something in the AC I think...), Clean and nice bathroom, like the lack of little bottles of shampoo, etc. easy parking, nice work out room Cons: The 'quiet hours' are a joke - kids were running up and down the hall at 11 pm. They were out of coffee and creamer on a sunday morning. The workout room had no towels nor earphones, the rooms are small, no closet or bag for dirty clothes, quite pricey for what it is. The room had a really funky smell, I think it came from the AC unit. I've stayed in $86 hotels that seemed nicer.

System went over a dozen waiting to check in. It terrible

The Hotel was overrun with trash, rhe stairwell had refuse that lazy people just placed there. In all hours of the night children would bang on doors and run away. The staff were indifferent. I wont be coming back.

I made a mistake booking this hotel through *******. You did a bate and switch on the beds. Property recommends I never use ******* to book a hotel room at this property.

I understand cost savings in cleaning room every other day, that’s part of cost savings I enjoy, but between guest, even for one night I would expect room to be cleaned, it just fresh towels

Wanda at the front desk was wonderful. Hitlebis new and well-kept. Close to many food options. No complaints about my stay.

What a nice hotel! Super clean, the free breakfast was great, the pool was clean and so much fun for the kids, the staff was lovely. Highly recommend!

Half the tv channels didn’t work and when I complained to the front desk they said they would check the internet and then never followed up to see if it worked, which they still didn’t. Also very small selection for breakfast and pancake machine didn’t work. Eggs or oa**eal and cereal.
