Auckland Central飯店

Unfortunately there are alot of roadworks around the hotel so it is difficult for buses especially to get to. However, don't let this put you off. Has a superb location right over from the Sky Tower street so you'll never get lost, a friendly and knowledgeable concierge and a small shop with some good souvenirs. Best of all though is the food. The breakfasts, in my opinion, were the best I have had on my travels - and I've been to many hotels in many places over the years! Great selection, well presented, perfectly cooked and the fluffiest tastiest pancakes ever!

太喜歡奧克蘭這家酒店，位置很好，就在天空塔旁邊，這次在奧克蘭沒有車，步行去海邊和購物中心超級方便。酒店很新，房間佈置也是我喜歡的風格。衞生也很好，床品很舒服，一覺到天亮。酒店樓下有家網紅餐廳，生蠔很不錯。

酒店地理位置很方便，步行可以到達skytower，酒店隔壁就是countdown超市。我們在奧克蘭住了兩晚，訂的是兩間卧室含早餐的房間，但並不是每天都有人打掃，而且酒店用的是電熱水器，也就是説第一個洗完澡以後，第二個人再洗的時候水會很涼。酒店浴室也帖了提示牌，請在40分鐘內用完熱水。所以如果是家庭出遊，不太方便。另外酒店自助早餐地方很小，餐廳全部都是印度人在管理（懂的人希望能懂），對待中國人很不友好。

I will try to be as constructive as possible with my review, but before all that, I will say this was probably the worst hostel I have ever stayed in! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have stayed in many hostels around the world, and I understand that not all hostels are perfect. You get what you pay for with hostels. But I've never stayed in a hostel so bad that I checked out 2 days early! The roof of the rooms was absolutely disgusting to look at. The ensuite bathroom was filthy as well. I arrived late in the evening on my 1st night, and there wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom! I had 2 horrible nights of sleep on a horrible mattress, a wafer thin pillow, and a blanket that you wouldn't throw over the back of a couch! On my last night, I actually had to wear a hoodie to keep warm! And when you climbed into the top bunk, if there wasn't somebody lying in the bottom bunk, the bunk beds nearly leaned over! Not exactly safe! You couldn't relax on the bed either it was so uncomfortable! There is no breakfast provided! At the very least, the most basic of hostels will provide cereal and toast! Not here, unfortunately. There are only plugs on the bottom half of the rooms as well, which means you have to plug your devices into a plug on the floor in the middle of the room! In a room full of strangers! And while there are lockers available, they're light, so if someone wanted to pick it up and steal it, they could. A few tips for this hostel: 1: Comfortable mattresses, proper sheets and duvets, and proper pillows. 2: Deep clean the rooms every so often. 3: Charging points that are easily accessible to people on top and bottom bunks. 4: No lights out at 10 pm! While this didn't affect me as I stayed away from the hostel as long as possible until I wanted to go to bed, lights out at 10pm is a load of b******s! Remember, it's a room full of adults. 5: Clean the communal bathrooms and showers! They weren't exactly the cleanest places in the world. Do a deep clean on them every so often. And fix some of the doors on the communal toilets because some of them don't lock. 0/10 guys, unfortunately. This place really needs to get its act together.

Fabulous location and loved the view of the sky tower right outside our window. The service was impeccable and the team were very helpful and accommodating. Comfy beds and great spot to leave the car and explore the sights of Queen street and viaduct.

還不錯的住宿體驗，兩個字，“方便”，從機場出來，坐skybus直接到酒店，如果想從奧克蘭到其他城市，也從這裏坐skybus，去任何城市，旁邊有個辦公室，可以提前買好票，到時候在這裏等車，這周邊買什麼都方便，離超市也近，離碼頭坐船去各個島遊玩也方便，客房服務員態度很好，每天都要清理房間，如果我掛了請勿打擾的牌子，他們也會在房間門口放個小筐，裏面有各種毛巾和洗漱用品。但酒店沒有打印機，如果想打印，可以讓前台幫忙打一下。

Spectacular team! and very well managed, the highlight of Four Points by Sheraton Auckland, are the people, the staff whose works there, much more than excellent professionals, they are marvelous human beings. Excellent centrally located in Queen's Ave, walking distance to all the atractions, restaurants, bars, harbour, shops and public transportation. Being a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, I got an upgrade to a corner suite on 19th. floor with an amazing view of the city, harbour, marina, sea and the Sky Tower. The room was modern, spacious and very clean with an excellent king size bed, cable TV, fast wi-fi, mini kitchen and the wall, floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom is big, very light, with great shower and excellent amenities. A good fitness center. The breakfast has great quality in foods and beverage and a marvelous service from the staff, the buffet has great and delicious options and the chef makes all kind of eggs on order and plates a la carte. Excellent cost x benefits. An up grade of a spectacular hotel. I recommend.

總體滿意 地理位置：特別好，離sky tower就5分鐘步行，去queen st也步行可達，大概8-10分鐘，酒店周邊很多好吃的，都在步行範圍，brunch、日料、韓餐都有；酒店正對面就是個公園。 環境衞生：房間帶有洗衣機烘乾機，很方便有需要每天洗衣服的人羣，房間也比較大，有客廳。衹是一次性用品需要問前台要，拖鞋要自備。有的房間能直接看到skytower，有的衹能看到城市夜景。 停車：酒店有自己的停車場🅿️，每晚40刀，周邊也有路邊停車和其他停車場。但酒店停車場勝在停車場可以直達酒店房間。 這次到奧克蘭前三晚就是訂的這個酒店，是個印度人幫忙checkin的，我們想要兩張房卡，結果被告知不能提供，就很無語。玩了幾天後回到奧克蘭，最後一晚還是這的這個酒店，是個白人小哥幫忙checkin的，二話不説就是給了兩張房卡。
