For the cost of the room, I could have gotten a room with breakfast, 24 hour support, and better HVAC. These rooms had a kitchenette but not pots/pans, no flatware, so I had to buy some. The front desk has limited hours. They staff did accommodate my “late” request, which is the best part of the rating, but having to convince somebody due to issues beyond my control after a host of reasons why I arrived “late” isn’t a great first impression. Again, the staff was accommodating in the end. The HVAC was terrible. The room was musky and the AC was super loud. If you wanted AC, if did not dehumidify the air which is important in the south and the fan was unbearable. The facility was “average” with issues but for the cost, I could have gotten a similar room without these issues.

Hard mattress, thin pillows, thinner walls; no hangers, no facial tissues, no hair dryer, no sitting chair, no maid service for a 2-night stay. Pile of fresh dog crap outside my door greeted me in the morning. Poor value for ＞$100/night.

Would not want to be extend stay here. Kitchen had no pots/pans, dishes, or tableware. Tiny table to eat on. Only one chest if drawers for clothes. All furniture cheap as possible. Was clean though.

It was a place to stay. Not anything to impress. Faciltiy was clean, but gave you the feeling of just enough to get by. Floors were sticky? Not sure what that was about. No coffee to make coffee for coffee maker. I was OK with facility but not great

someone had there tv so loud for at least 6 hrs. The front desk did nothing. very terrible. My niece was testing out her scooter the manager came outside talking smack, but she has her dog at the hotel walking around , if this is a dog friendly hotel forgive me.

Amenities could be better. No trash can in the room, hotel only provides 1 tiny bar of soap, I understand it’s an extended stay but you should at least provide a few things like shampoo, extra pillows and coffee

Great place to stay. Convenient for football games and tailgating in Auburn at the hayfields. Clean and spacious.

Basic, no-frills, serviceable. A good value compared to competitors’ game-day markups.

I loved the price. Very affordable. Also, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The amenities in the room could use an upgrade. The shower was HORRIBLE! No water pressure at all. That should be fixed. I'm sure the hotel is trying to save on water but it's not comfortable trying to take a good relaxing shower with just a trinkle of water coming down. Also, the cleaning staff did not clean our room when we came back from our outing. I later learned that they don't clean unless requested due to covid.
