For the cost of the room, I could have gotten a room with breakfast, 24 hour support, and better HVAC. These rooms had a kitchenette but not pots/pans, no flatware, so I had to buy some. The front desk has limited hours. They staff did accommodate my “late” request, which is the best part of the rating, but having to convince somebody due to issues beyond my control after a host of reasons why I arrived “late” isn’t a great first impression. Again, the staff was accommodating in the end. The HVAC was terrible. The room was musky and the AC was super loud. If you wanted AC, if did not dehumidify the air which is important in the south and the fan was unbearable. The facility was “average” with issues but for the cost, I could have gotten a similar room without these issues.
