Did not know what to expect, however was pleasantly surprised at the ease of access, cleanliness of establishment, and the numerous eating establishments nearby. The breakfast was awesome as well, especially with the rice and shoyu sauce. This is a hidden gem. My only complaint is that the host who checked us seemed a bit grumpy and it showed in her interaction with us. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Very convenient and clean accommodations. As for the facilities, I only gave 3 stars because of the following: 1. Toilet was very small! Not ideal for tall people that have to crouch all the way down :-( 2. The office chair was uncomfortable because it reclined too far back, almost to the point you were laying down on the chair. I highly recommend BETTER office chairs for those of us who bring work to our rooms...

It was actually very clean and quiet it was a nice place the bathroom light could have been better and the bed made my back hurt but overall it was a nice place to stay thank you

The hotel is definitely in need of a face lift. Upon arriving, the management was courteous and helpful and that was a plus. However, the rooms in photos when you are searching out a hotel do not show the actual details. The carpets look like they had not been cleaned in years with stains all over. The room has seen better days and quite worn out and very small in size. But the worst feature that destroyed my faith in this hotel was that it was literally crawling with bugs! The bathroom towels, tub and flooring had a slew of, I assume, ants running rampant. I did not sleep a wink all night fearing that bugs were in the carpet too!!! There was actual vomit on one of the curtains! I do not know who does the upkeep of this place, but they should either clean up or close down. The only decent quality about this Red Lion, besides the employees, was the breakfast in the morning and that was wonderful. Now, yes, I did take photos of all this, but I don't feel it necessary to post them as I think just buyer beware if you look at their website to book a room. Needless to say, there are other much better hotels in the area and they are "bug free" which I did scout out.

The Garner Hotel is a hidden gem! Very friendly staff and the room was spacious and clean.

Stayed with family and was a convenient, family friendly stay. Good breakfast and laundry facility helped a ton.

Hotel is Red lion so you would think it’s amazing my room had mold in bathroom. Also sheets had stains and towels looked dirty. The hotel maids are somewhat rude when asking for help they will take your dirty items and not return clean ones until you ask. The night stand which is and older African American female has ab nasty attitude. The manager caters to the Latino community. I just think something need to be looked into specially inspection wise I know for a fact the fire detectors in rooms don’t work !
