日落汽車賓館(Sunset Inn)

Senteur intense dans les chambres. Impossible d’y dormir

When we arrived to the place it was nobody receiving the person. We have to call the number and wait 15 minutes. No extra blanket. The place was dirty and it was not what they advertised. The customer services was disgusting. I won’t not recommend this motel

Sunset Inn is a dump. The staff was rude and not only had I have to pay for the one night, I had to pay an additional 40.00 security deposit IN cash. I did not see that fee coming. I would not let my pet roach or rat stay there. We sprayed the room and the beds with Lysol. Thank goodness I had something to sleep on. The air conditioning did not work. After we checked out, I did get my security deposit back. AFTER THEY CHECKED THE ROOM. Never again. Just stating the facts.

Everything was worst including representatives been there his behaviour wasn’t professional. He was acting like he is a landlord and we are his employees.

Thought after the a year the place would've been fixed up!!!!! But unfortunately they only did the floors 😢😢😢. The flys are annoying, good thing we had our own towels and linens for the room had NONE 😢 😢 😢 the bed is comfortable.

Outdated, dirty, stains all over sheets and towels. The guy at the desk was so rude, had such an attitude for no reason. I’ll pay the extra to stay at one of the ******s next time.

The air had one setting low. The drawers on the dresser were off track so could not open. The cover had cirgarette burns even though the room was no smoking. The front desk clerk was very dismissive when you would try to ask for something. The wifi didnot workand even though they say the front desk is open untilb12am 11:45pm is more of the answer. There was also dirt stains on the bath mat. Even though the place was in need of an update the the managment could have taken better care of it. It smelled really good when you walked in

It was in an area that I felt very unsafe in. The bathroom window had a broken lock. The bathroom sink was clogged with a gross disgusting blob of gunk.

Very outdated, blankets dirty, found a cigarette bud burn on blanket, i took a shower with my flip flops on.
