Very nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet... Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. ****** letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.

I’ve stayed at many locations in Atlanta. This location is now on my top list to stay. Just celebrated my birthday/new years and it was amazing, staff was amazing and welcoming. I loved everything about this hotel but the only issue that stood out to me was the hallways having an unpleasant sewage smell everything else was top tier. I’ll be back in a couple of months

Front desk staff super nice, A+ but valet was a hot mess. Not attentive accept for one girl who was really good customer service wise. Others kinda waited to be approached by customers. Room was moderately clean. Stains on the duvet, dust on the main table presumably there for eating. They did not program the Television with your personal room info so you didn’t have a personalized experience digitally like one normally would in these Marriott hotels

This hotel has plenty of options for food and drinks. It is right next to the mall. Valet parking is EXPENSIVE ! Honestly, for that price I can park my own car ! Rooftop restaurant /bar is open until 3 am on Saturday night, that was a plus! I personally love when a hotel is light colored. The entire decor of this hotel is very dark and gloomy. The ceiling seemed very low maybe because of the dark hallways. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. The water in the shower was barely running. Honestly I couldn’t even get my shampoo out of my hair with that stream and I have very short hair. The water in the shower wouldn’t go down the drain fast enough so there was a pool forming. The bathroom walls are made of frosted glass and I need WAY more privacy than that. Will I stay here again? Probably not.

Crazy hotel ever, this hotel security fallow you every step, my friends was a visit me but they fallow then and bother them so bad, uncomfortable hotel ever

This property was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, clean modern new rooms, comfy beds and great friendly staff! Delicious coffee in the lobby every morning. Easy to get an Uber and or walk around. There is even a great rooftop bar with drinks, music and views. 10 STARS

I was very disappointed that I paid extra for CityScape view only to be put on 2nd floor because I had my pups. Should have stated that somewhere because I would have found someone to keep them at home or booked somewhere else. Was told this was the "pet floor". I noticed throughout the day that people checking in without animals were being assigned to this floor as well. I was told nothing could be done because I booked through *******. Not happy at all.

Great location and a nice boutique style hotel. Attached restaurant was nice and also served breakfast.

This is my 3rd stay, I wish they would provide me with a better room. The toilet was falling apart. Staff seems great.
