Spanking brand new hotel so in great condition. This is a good location as off not on Peachtree and and easy walk to restaurants and bars. Be careful when arriving as the entrance to the parking deck says exit only but if 2 or 3 cars park in front of the hotel you can’t get in from the appropriate entrance. It’s easier to enter on 13th Street on the Moxy side. Yes this one of those co-branded hotels. The Moxy side is takes over the pool area and is a young crowd with loud music though you can’t hear it on the AC side. Room are nice and roomy though and views are so so unless you get on floor 9-10. Wish they had Nepresso but that would be a higher priced hotel. We were meeting friends for dinner at/near Colony Square which is a 3 minute walk and dedcided to do staycation. Would stay there again

My stay was great. The facility itself is top notch. My only complaint is that the room that I booked got switched to something else and I was notified about it. I booked a king room but it got switch to a queen with two beds. I did not like that so what would’ve been a 10 out of 10 is an 8 out of 10. Still it’s a great facility.

The staff was professional it was clean. I had a minor issue and the manager Lee was helpful I’m resolving the matter. Very pleased and this is my go to hotel in when I go back to Atlanta.

My new favorite ATL hotel. Rooms were clean, modern, light and bright. Personnel were friendly and responsive. I liked having on-site self-parking - parking was easy to access and guarded - felt safe in a city that sadly does not always feel safe anymore :( . Comp coffee available to guests in the breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast buffet was a bargain at the price and featured a good selection with fresh berries, quiche, cold cut meats and authentic croissants. I look forward to our next stay here!

I really hope someone reads this. I booked 2 nights at AC Midtown and then extended for another night. The first 2 nights we were in a room for those with disabilities. I really did NOT like that room. It felt like a cave and I was very suspicious of the bedding smells (pillows) and the bathroom cleanliness. Never felt at ease with the level of cleanliness. On the third night, we asked to be moved to another room and were upgraded. Wow, what a difference. After the first 2 nights, I had decided to can 2 future extended stays with your hotel, but after the change in rooms, I will more than likely return not only with husband, but also with my in-laws and parents. The room was cozier and much cleaner. BUT!!!! and this is a BIG BUT!!!! The garage is not connected to the hotel and when we attempted to leave at 6 am in the morning, after checking out and PAYING for parking, we realized we did not have our parking tickets. It took a very long time for an attendant to respond to our calls at the ticket gate in the garage and the security guard - who was standing right there- refused to even acknowledge us when we asked him for assistance. The GOOD thing i s that the attendant allowed us to leave without paying AGAIN for 3 days of parking and only charged us $60 for one day. NOTE - this was extra money for parking we had already paid, but the hotel has nothing to do with the garage and could not help us. This part is important - The garage gas a system where after the

I arrived to check in and there was a line of 20 people ahead of me after 40 minutes I left to attend an event. The hotel called me later and told me that I was moved to another hotel (30 minutes away) because of overbooking. When I traveled to the other hotel by Uber, they had no record of the transaction and had no registration for me. After trying to contact the original hotel for 45 minutes (they wouldn’t answer their phone). I finally offered to simply pay for another room since it was near 12 midnight and I had to be at airport 5 hours later. They finally gave me a room. This was an overall horrible experience!

Rooms and hotel are clean Parking was safe in place Breakfast was good Staff friendly and helpful

This hotel was super nice, updated, and clean. Close to EVERYTHING. I now have officially found my Atlanta hotel.
