This place is the perfect location… Walking distance to ponce city market which is a great tourist area. 5 Minutes from downtown . 10 minutes from the Mercedes Benz stadium … 20 minute from the airport… Apartment comes with a private patio.. Right outside of the building There is also a gazebo , outside grill and eating area.. This cozy community is perfect for any stay .. About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.

Great stay, would recommend
Small area but yet quiet with great view at night. My husband and i would love to come back at this residence

Amazing
Property was excellent both in cleanliness and location. Owner was very responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Would happily stay again if available.
