雅典優飯店(Pure Hotel by Athens Prime Hotels)

The hotel is new and in a great location. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast tasty with a great variety of foods. We had an issue with the room’s bed size. They are described as king-size while in the same price we got one queen size room and one king size room. The reception staff rotates often and is more focused on avoiding the customers rather than coming forward with customer service. I would anyway recommend the place as the stay was comfortable overall

My room was overlooking the pedestrian passage so was noisy. I tried to change my room but the front desk doubled the price for the same size room on the third floor (I was on the first floor) so I was not able to change it. I wish they could accommodate my request without double charging me for the same size room.

They are very money oriented hotel instead of customer oriented. We booked a room for 3 nights but we have to leave 1 day early there is no any refund. Value for money is not worth either.

Brilliant little gem with perfect location just north of the central shopping streets with adequate distance from the most noisy tavernas. Super friendly staff and cozy rooftop bar. Rooms are small but big enough - pillows are large and only one size is available. Aircon is working but makes a bit of noise. Breakfast buffet is excellent quality and selection for the hotel size. Would definitely go for the same hotel next time in Athens.

Morgenmaden mangler der essentielle ting. Ketchup, pølser, bacon og blot en ost. Ellers har vi ingenting og sige og vil anbefale stedet - men vi vil ikke tage morgenmaden med igen, da man kan få bedre 35 m fra hotellet og billigere.

by one of the restaurant close to this hotel , they played loud music every day until deep in the midnight. Even windows of hotel room is very good, we could not open to get fresh air during the night. Hotel was fantastic but sad to have such a inconsiderate neighbor.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Location near bars and restaurants in Plaka is good. Only odd thing is that we had the outdoor tub room and the towels they give you aren't really big enough to wrap around your body, and they do not provide robes. So you're expected to enjoy a bath on a balcony within sight of an entire apartment building with tiny towel. Just not a comfortable scene. Other hotels that don't even have spa tubs were regularly including robes. So that room wasn't worth the $. Beds and pillows were not as comfortable as other hotels we stayed in in Athens either.
