雅典蓮花飯店(Athens Lotus Hotel)

i booked the suite for three . roof top suite for three with hot tub. when my girls didn’t show up they took all the extra towels even though i asked them to leave them. shower flooded the bathroom because the pan is so shallow- used my ONE bath towel to mop up the water. asked for extra towels and was told i was only allotted ONE per room per day even though i paid for a three person suite. Hot tub- not allowed to get hot. sink water was warmer so couldn’t use. was told they were not allowed to make it hot. in the US we set our hot tubs around 103-104. they would not let it go past 98. not at all warm enough to be a hot tub in the winter. barely bath water. again, three person suite for 5 nights and u r allowed 2 coffee packets TOTAL for ur stay, not two per person for 5 nights. 2 total for three ppl for 5 nights. and don’t even ask for creamer. not allowed. u have to get dressed and go across traffic into another building and up the stairs for a cup of coffee beyond the 2 that three people are allowed total for 5 nights. AVOID AT ALL COST! it’s says there is an iron- they meant an ironing service. i could have flown home for the cost of ironing a shirt. i’m a well traveling American and all i can say is F THIS PLACE.

We booked our reservations in april 2020. Due to the sanitary crisis everything was cancelled. Since then, I've been unsuccessfully trying to get my refund. We are now in january 2022 and still nothing despite emails and phone calls. I don't know what's worse between the emails non answered or the customer service that laugh at me on the phone. Wouldn't recommend even without going there. Can't imagine how the customer service is directly there.

A perfect location. Just next to moseteraki. Rooms are clean. We had the view to acropolice. Brakefast is nice and fresh, at the rooftop with the acropolice view..very good service .next to psiri the plaka, and armou street. Thank you very much

I booked with Lotus hotel, and I got placed in Lotus center hotel. Due to Covid I had to travel later. Eventhough my original visit was 4 days. In the cheaper sister hotel I only got 3 days without any compensation. The Lotus center reception area smells like the cat toilet. The people are friendly and kind. The area of the Lotus center hotel is very busy and noisy though. Bit dissapointed in the Lotus sales team.
