Staff are extremely unhelpful. I stayed here for 1 night with my family. Staff member tried to overcharge us when checking in. We had two rooms and the rooms were cold, we asked for help at reception and we were pretty much told that he had too much work to do and couldn’t help us with the radiators, the food in the restaurant isn’t very enjoyable (we had free dinner included in the price of the rooms.) The bathroom is also extremely annoying and gets very flooded when you shower.

Heerlijke verkoeling gevonden met de hitte, de airconditioning op de kamer is heel sterk en de rest van het gebouw is ook goed koel gehouden, ontbijt was ook super uitgebreid en voldoende speel mogelijkheden voor de kleintjes! Receptie personeel die ont ontving was koeltjes, maar ander personeel lachte en zwaaide vriendelijk naar ons zoontje dus op een persoon zou ik de service niet beoordelen.
