格拉威花園飯店及民宿(Garvaregarden Hotel , B&B Och Cafe)

Chambre propre et confortable. Petit bémol: toutes les lampes ne fonctionnaient pas. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire (car arrivée tardive). Le cadre est très charmant (patio et salle du petit déjeuner). Par contre, l'endroit mérite claitement d'être entretenu de manière approfondie: il y avait des déchets et poubelles dans la cour, cartons vides, briquaillons, plantations de la saison dernière toujours présentes (à l'état de cadavre !)... Bref, impression de saleté et de négligence. Petit déjeuner minimaliste servi par une dame aussi sympathique qu'une porte de prison. On attend toujours son bonjour, son merci et son au-revoir au moment de partir.

Very disappointed +++ I have been woken up at 2:30 during the night. Somebody was trying to brake into my room. I was scared (I’m a woman). The morning I told the boss what happened during the night. The boss had no word of excuse no commercial discount. She just said : « it has never happened before ». It’s just incredible ….Other guests said the same thing happened the night before ….. A real nigh**are +++ Look at the door as I discovered it in the morning

Askersund is a tiny, pretty place, near water, with lots of history as well. Garvaregården managed to keep the old charm, the rooms are very lovely, modern toilet and baths, with a very charming outdoor sitting area for breakfast overlooking garden and pond. The B&B is run by a husband and wife team and they are friendly and very hardworking. The location is perfect for reaching all sights in Askersund. A short drive away is Stjärnholm Palace (can be by walkiing, too) where you can also get to buy fresh eggs and other food items to bring home and enjoy. The room we booked was the one inspired by the Musical Prince of Sweden, suite 15, has view of the water, royal-like decors, spacious with seating area, modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, a cozy room. Breakfast is with fresh selection of food, and we were unfortunately there when it was raining so we did not get to sit outside in the garden but it is equally charming inside anyway. Highly recommendable. Thanks to the lovely owners and staff of Garvaregården for a wonderful stay.

Cute place with an old fashioned vibe and individually decorated rooms. Comfortable beds and cozy breakfast with some homemade goods (incredible cardamom buns). Had some difficulties with the heat in our room but we’re overall happy with our stay.

Ein wunderbares B&B in Askersund/Schweden-einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Rolf und seine Frau haben uns in ihrem tollen Haus zwei Tage auf das herzlichste verwöhnt. Leckeres Frühstück in einem wunderbaren Frühstücksraum. Im Hotel/Cafe Garvaregarden hat man das Gefühl die Zeit ist ein bischen stehen geblieben - toll. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher und gerne wieder! An dieser Stelle auch Danke für den TOP-Restauranttip!

En vinter utflykt. Mysig småstad med gammal bebyggelse. Bra promenad avstånd till torget. Fint bevarad miljö och inredning på Garvaregården. Sköna sängar. Mycket bra frukost, det saknades inget. Trevliga värdar.
