SPX飯店(Spx Hotel Green Bay)

The property had two men loitering on the side of the building for 2 nights giving us an uneasy feeling. The cleaning staff called the police and they did not arrest the two men but the police did come to the second floor which was the floor we were staying on and arrested a woman staying in a room down the hall. I’m not sure if all persons were together or not. We were traveling with our service dog and had to take him out late at night to go Potty. We felt unsafe with the two men hanging outside of the hotel.

The hotel is very outdated and the front desk staff is rude. Their attitude is as if it’s not their problem. They told me to live in a room where the door doesn’t even close properly and when I addressed the issue I was told “yeah just lift and push it a bit harder”

Straight out of the gate it was bad. I "thought" I was booking 2 double beds, only to find out the were single double beds per room. Hotel saw our predicament & didnt offer a roll away bed. ********** stated we should of looked at our itenerary better. Ok my bad. ********** proceeded to tell me no double rooms were even available, yet the clerk stated 20 were, but we would have to pay full price & our already paid rooms were non regundable. When I booked the room it also stated with in walking distance to our venue, also not the case. It was NOT close. Room was VERY noisy, and the door had a inch gap that let light in from the hallway. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Felt springs with every movement. Very dissapointed.

Multiple hotels are located in the same street with half the price. I booked this hotel expecting quality rooms. But it's very disappointing. Breakfast was good.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns, this was the first that had no fridge or microwave in the room. Room cleaned only on request so trash built up; no separate bin for recycling in room. Lost our car keys, asked front desk if someone turned them in, desk person said she hadn't heard if any turned in without looking in drawers or office - our son finally activated tile to indicate keys in drawer at front desk. Icy parking lot a safety hazzard!

This hotel did not have a microwave or refrigerator! Last time I didn't have a fridge and microwave was in the 70's! The Gen Z's you have working there are clueless and rude.

Dirty gross toilet in our room upon arrival, like they literally didn’t clean after last guest. No lights in the pool room so it’s not safe for kids to swim after 6 pm.

My daughter had bed bug bites the next day that got really bad.. beds were horrible

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is very clean. I like that the building has an older feel to it, but with all of the modern amenities.
