Bed sheets had bad stains. Asked front desk to change them. Took a long time due to staffing shortages. Breakfast was average. Tiny hot tub. Kids overran the pool for hours. Doubtful we would stay here again.

Front desk staff was rude and difficult on arrival, which set the to endor our stay. Watch out for the non-refundable pet fee on top of the various damage and cleaning deposits, which seemed predatory. The rest of the lodging expirece was not very great either. Its cheep but not good.

This was our second stay at the Stratford Inn and we had a great time again! The folks who work there are so kind and helpful - the woman at the front desk and the woman running the breakfast were both the most friendly people that I've encountered at a hotel. They've done some nice updates to the rooms and it's just a comfy and easy place to stay in Ashland. We walked to dinner and around town the next day - everything is close and easy.

The cost was pretty cheap for everything we got. Nice room with nice appliances. Had to get my licenses plate number when checking in which was annoying.

Exquisite charming building from the rooms to the dining area to the pool It was all phenomenal. The hotel staff was above and beyond with their service and interpersonal connections.

Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room, and a great shower. Only downside is that the pillows on the bed were quite bad and really need to be upgrade/replaced.
