This hotel is a mainstay- just consistently clean and friendly. Seems nearly every room is well maintained and super clean. Check-in staff always welcoming and responded to any concerns we had. Breakfast hot and coffee strong !

Stayed here several times. Rooms are clean and cozy. Fun to walk the gardens. Excellent hot breakfast.

Did not like the place at all. We checked in and tried to take bath. We had the tv on at volume 30. A person from the front desk banged on our door and told us we were being to loud. The door directly across from us put up a do not disturb sign at 8 pm and we think they called the front desk and complained. If we can not take a bath and watch tv in the room we will not go there again and not pay gorbthevroom

We've stayed here many times in the past few years and have always enjoyed our stay. Typically the rooms are really special and thus the legitimate price. This time was a disappointment. The room was economy. The rug and comforter were stained, baseboards chipped and peeling.
Just felt like a waste of money. I did give feedback to the front desk. Not sure if it was because the res was made through *******.

Napa Valley に寄る途中での滞在でしたが、お部屋に温泉が引いてあり、旅の疲れも嫌されてとても良かったです。
ホテル内の内装もとてもセンスが良いのと、手作りの朝食もとっても美味
アフタヌーンには手作りのクッキーとスコーンのサービスも嬉しかったです

We like the cleanliness of the facilities, free and well prepared hot breakfast, free afternoon tea and cookies. Quiet and easy parking, convenient to access highway and streets.
But there are two problems need to be fixed: 1)wifi signal in our room is weak and not stable; 2) some power plug sockets on the walls are very loose, can't contact properly.

Our room photos were not a good representation of the room we received. Some pictures represent a soaking tub in the room and some pictures do not. We received a room that did not have a soaking tub in our room. Purchase with knowledge of what you are receiving.
