The entire hotel is rundown and unclean in all common spaces. The room was not ready at 3pm, 3:45, or 4pm. I gave up at 4:17 as I had a 5:30 meeting to get to. Destiny at the front desk was very rude about my wanting my room. I told her I wished to cancel, she told me it was canceled and only ******* could refund my money. I had to leave. I asked her to confirm she said “you have a room at another hotel now, just go”. I called ******* and they said only destiny/holiday inn could refund me. I am out that money. Wasted 2 full hours of a one day work trip.

I picked this location because it was close to Altira Theatre and had good reviews and free parking. So glad I did, the staff and the room were great, breakfast had plenty of options, and the theatre was an easy drive. Will stay again

There was hair on my bedsheets and pillow covers which they told me to cover with sheets. Didn't offer a room change or even room service to change the sheets and pillows. I asked them every day to have room service come up and clean the room, especially the sheets and they ignored me each and every time.

Staff was nice. Loved the common area with all the games. The rooms carpet was disgusting. Stained all over it and just gross. Two towels that I grabbed had what looked like blood on them. Not stains, like they weren’t washed and still dirty.

The property was ok. The lighting in the parking lot in front was out. Most of the time when i needed to speak to front desk staff they were outside smoking. Only the clerk on duty Saturday at check out was at the desk.

Room was not clean. Beds were *****ped but were not re-made for guests. No sheets and comforters were balled up in the middle. Went back down to front desk & no employee present to assign a new room. Waited over 20 mins, employee was outside the building. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel.
