里士滿雪特旁普希爾頓水療飯店(Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump)

The stay per night was over 100.dollars, and with that- no continental breakfast- There is a fee of 10. Dollars per day for parking! This is after the fee for room per night. They do not vacuumed per day- we stayed for a whole 6 days- for a class being held there. The cleaning people never vacuumed that whole 6 days- No microwave available in the rooms, only 1 in downstairs lobby! Did have a mini fridge-very mini-it did keep milk and water bottles cold There was no tub, just a walk-in shower, floor of it was dark, looked dirty-needed water shoes to shower with. Also, missed out on special rate of room for the 6 days due to going through *******- instead of booking through hotel itself! Paid the higher price! Never staying at your hotel again, will find different one with better price and better amenities near by- will come to yours for a class, but never staying there again.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows did not support the head well. The hot tub was not hot at all. At night, I heard the neighboring room ********** for about 15 minutes loudly. The spa gave great massages but that’s the only good thing I can say about this visit

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was in close proximity to everything. We got a chance to enjoy some really good food, and we had a great time shopping at Short Pump Towne Center. It was a great weekend. I can't wait to go back!

Check-in was easy and we were able to get our room just a little early with no issue. Location is great - close to many restaurants and shopping. Just a quick overnight trip to the area, but no complaints on the hotel.

It was out anniversary and we wanted to stay overnight and hang out away from home. The room was great and the hotel is located in a convenient area near everything you may need and want. Definitely booking another stay.

Hotel room was very clean, we picked the package that came with breakfast for 2 for an additional $10, breakfast was great, every employee we encountered in our stay was very nice.

My 6 person golf group found every aspect of the hotel and the very helpful front desk staff to be exceptional. Great rooms, lounge restaurant and location.

We celebrated a family wedding in Richmond and couldn’t have been happier with the quality, cleanliness, and amenities in our room

The personal in the reception are racist. When I arrived to the lobby to request my keys for two rooms. The lady told me are you sure this is the correct property that you are looking? I said yes this is the property, you could check by my last name or my husband. She ask me to show her my email confirmation. I feel very uncomfortable, to be honest I will never choose again this hotel. I booked in this property because my son soccer team were there. But I stayed in other hotels in that area and never got this rude service from any other hotel.
