北杜勒斯希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North)

Terrible customer service we arrived at the hotel after a long drive, and we wanted to check in the hotel earlier than 3 pm the front desk didn’t lets check in as a courtesy and told us they dont have rooms and they room we booked isnt ready. Then at 3pm all of sudden she had so many rooms available to any floor that we choose. I checked in early at every hotel i’ve ever been to and no one ever had an issue the front desk was very rude and didn’t attempt to help in the situation and she made 3 different excuses to avoid having us check in early this is a major customer service turn off i would never book this hotel again.

The check in was not available at 3:00pm, I had to wait 1 hour to get into my room, receptionist didn’t know what kind of room I reserved, not professional, told me to get in contact with ******* to confirm the payment, wants to charge me for the room again, long story short, I do not recommend this hotel, the only kind personal was the lady at the breakfast. Very poor treatment for a Hilton.

We had a very easy time checking in. Access to the property is very convenient and there is food in house. If we have to mention a negative it would be that housekeeping was knocking on our door at 8:20am even though the hotel offers a Noon checkout.

The staff was lovely and accommodated our every need. That’s the thing - the need. We had to ask for things like cups, coffee, creamers. There was no paper or pen available and we had to write our own Do Not Disturb Sign for the maid. One guest had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. The menu consisted of things they did not have. The shower was fine but you had to be in it to turn it on - so you had to stand aside while the water got warm. There was no make-up mirror - the ones that pull out from the wall. So if you have a gad hip, as I do, you had to lean forward to see what you were doing.

Terrible customer service at the front desk. I had to argue and fight to get the room that I reserved on **********. The front desk man did not want to give me the suite that I reserved. It was stressful and ridiculous. The room was old and dirty. Not what I expected. Not at all worth the price. Upset customer.

Servicio del personal invreiblemente bien. Me resolvieron un problema bastante grande. Estoy muy agradecido por ello.

The staff were absolutely the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel staff I've ever encountered!

Placed in a room that was being renovated or was soon to be renovated - next stay we hope to be back on the 5th floor
