阿德萊德皇家飯店(The Royal Adelaide Hotel)

We did not realize that we had to pre-pay for parking so when we arrived there were no spaces available. We had traveled from the USA to England so when we were told that the alternate option was to park in the town's public parking space we were not happy as we were not familiar with the town and when we arrived at the parking garage there were no spaces. Also, we had to walk from across town back to the hotel once we had found a parking space at the garage. Very disappointing. Thankfully we don't have any disabilities which would have restricted us walking a long distance.

Fantastic hotel and great customer service! Booked for a business event at Windsor Castle that started early and finished late, so had enquired about parking my car there all day. Even with a small car park when I called on the morning they had a space for me and not only that had my room ready to check in. Very friendly staff, lovely comfortable room and very tasty breakfast. Made a one night stop for business, very relaxing without the. Need to worry about moving my car. Will definitely be back if I’m looking to stay in Windsor again (for work or pleasure)

Pleasant staff, who made the stay enjoyable. The room was clean, breakfast was good. I did feel the parking situation could be improved, or at least be kept informed of when a space became available or you have the added cost of parking fees. Oh and if your a light sleeper remember ear plugs for Heathrow airport lol I did enjoy the view of the planes preparing to land from the bedroom window throughout the day and night lol

Really enjoyed Windsor. Hotel was a little further from the center than I thought. The room was very clean and comfortable but I feel we should have been told prior to booking that our room wasn’t in the actual hotel - it was in a separate building across the car park which my 5 year old called the ‘garage in the car park’. Felt on check in that they were a little blasé about this. One other negative was the planes…directly under the approach flight path to Heathrow!!

They don’t have parking but they say they do. We had to park 15 minutes walk away in a parking structure that cost $30. It’s false advertising. The front desk staff didn’t care. Then the tv stopped working and no one got back to us or let us know why. The breakfast was delicious but the service was bad. It’s a lovely property but our experience was bad I’m afraid and it cost too much for it to be this bad.

The Royal Adelaide is an amazing hotel which we would thoroughly recommend and can’t wait to go back. Everything about the hotel was excellent and nothing could be faulted - the staff went out of their way to be helpful and we even got a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise and the hotel is spotless

The Hotel has a great location and is in walking distance to the centre of town, bars, restaurants, boat trips and of course the Castle. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in their restaurant and the food was incredible. The breakfast was plentiful also. However, it was the staff that made this stay a memorable one. I will always use this hotel again whin in the area. Well done to you all and thank you Peter & Rita

Old world charm, modern comfort with a proper Northern welcome. The hotel has been renovated and whilst keeping the quirkiness of an old building, modernised to a high standard and our taste. An overnight stay before flying from Heathrow, great location and exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent as was the host. We will happily return.
