佛爾佩灣斯美拉達豪華精選海濱飯店(Hotel Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Costa Smeralda)

Could not have been more pleased with my stay. Room was recently renovated, extremely clean, very comfortable, extremely stylish and had a beautiful view of the bay. I spent a few nights here and a few nights at Hotel Cervo and was a great way to spend time on different parts of the island. Breakfast was great and dinners at Le Grand were great, as well. Spa was small but great and grounds and property are beautiful. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay and can’t wait to return.

Kein 5 Sterne Luxushotel ! Leider sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Sowohl die Ausstattung wie auch die „ renovierten „ Zimmer! Ich möchte nicht die unrenovierten Zimmer sehen!! ! Alles in allem Eine große Enttäuschung! Letztlich auch der teilweise arrogante Service ! Ich weiß nicht worauf sich die Dame am Empfang etwas einbildet ! Aufgrund mangelnder Alternativen an Luxus Hotels auf der Inseln , hält sich dieses schwer in die Jahre gekommene Hotel . Aus meiner Sicht ist Preis Leistung weit , sehr weit ! von einander entfernt ! Da wir die letzten 25 Jahre Unmengen an großartigen Luxushotels besuchen konnten , ist uns dieses Preis Leistungsverhältnis maximal ein 4 Sternehotel Niveau wert !

péssimo atendimento. tinha uma reserva no restaurante matsuita feita a um mês atrás ! não fomos informados que não poderia vir de bermuda , ao chegar a recepção fomos recebidos grossa mente por um responsável na porta que através de uma estupidez e falta educação não nos deixando entrar !! tenho a confirmação da reserva que. os cobrou antecipadamente 1200 euros e não pudemos jantar hotel com funcionários com cara fechada e pesssssssimo atendimento

Chi come me ha viaggiato molto e sempre in posti molto esclusi può certamente affermare che questa struttura è il massimo esempio del degrado della Costa Smeralda, posto riservato non persone eleganti e abbienti, ma a desiderosi di esibire il denaro o meglio sperperarlo. Siamo stati al bar dell’hotel per consumare qualcosa dopo cena e il cameriere ci ha fatto gentilmente notare che la consumazione minima a persona era di 100€. Chiaramente non si è sognato minimamente di portarci alcun menù….

Esperienza magica, molto caro (soprattutto a pranzo non so quanto ne valga la pena), ma servizio da Re e cura in ogni dettaglio! Palestra, spiaggia, ristoranti e piscina, personale disponibile e cordiale. Posizione comoda. Cibo ottimo!

Struttura eccezionale. Accoglienza perfetta. Personale disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza o richiesta. Location romantica ed incantevole. Abbiamo soggiornato in camera al "Borgo Le Rocce" e sottolineo la straordinaria ubicazione delle stesse. La perfetta manutenzione dei giardini esterni le camere, la perfetta manutenzione delle piscine, la pulizia degli ambienti e delle camere, la cortesia delle signore incaricati alla pulizia delle stesse fanno di questa struttura una vera perla della costa degli Dei. Il servizio ristorazione è top con varietà di menù ed il personale di sala è sempre molto disponibile. Spesso ho bissato i primi piatti (senza supplementi) perché davvero buoni (top linguine agli scampi e spaghetti allo scoglio!!). La struttura offre anche la possibilità di una pizza sia a pranzo che a cena con forno a legna!!! Sono presenti anche tavoli esterni alla sala ristorante e quindi: di giorno puoi mangiare all'esterno godendoti il panorama del mare azzurro di sera puoi cenare con vista sul mare al tramonto. Da resort 5 stelle! Un consiglio per la colazione. Inserire le monodose delle marmellate perché sempre meglio delle confetture aperte con un cucchiaino all'interno che usano tutti. Servizio spiaggia buono. Ombrelloni distanziati il giusto e 2 lettini completamente gratis molto comodi. Abbiamo soggiornato con un cagnolino di piccola taglia e non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà o diniego purché tenuto al guinzaglio in spiaggia o in borsa durante i pasti. Da migliorare il servizio per le informazioni sulle escursioni. Io reputo il Cala di Volpe un resort davvero al TOP. Complimenti a tutti ci torneremo presto.

Il Cala di Volpe è il simbolo dell'ospitalità della Costa Smeralda. L' hotel è maestoso e presenta ampi spazi, il design è quello classico della costa, si respira un'area sostenuta ma gradevole, il servizio è all'altezza della categoria. L'hotel di anno in anno subisce interventi di ristrutturazione, la mia stanza era recentemente rinnovata. La piscina esterna è molto ampia circondata da un prato inglese perfetto per il relax. Un must per Porto Cervo

The hotel and the grounds are absolutely impeccable… with that said the professionalism of the staff was probably the worst of any five-star resort I’ve ever been to. The waiters the door reception guys the people at the front desk were all rude and extremely unfriendly… The pricing of the drinks are absolutely outrageous. €37 for an apple spritz when I could go down the street and buy one at another five-star resort for €16…. I would not recommend this resort for people that expect five-star services…. when I was checking out paying the gentleman at the front desk, he asked me what I like to leave a tip for the staff on top of my bill…… never in my 40 years of traveling all over the world. Has anybody had the audacity to ask me for tip for the entire staff. I found it completely offensive, especially where they were so unaccommodative ……. there are plenty of other resorts on the island that have reasonable pricing and actually make you feel wanted at the resort…
