惠勒嶺麥客達溫德姆飯店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wheeler Ridge)

Clean and appointed. Morning staff was great. Late night staff was slow and smelled of ****.

This hotel used to be our favorite on our way to Los Angeles. Today the worse, too expensive and bad, bad, bad experience with rude staff, who charge us more money, she said the third party website made a mistake with our reservation and staff was not willing to help us. We will never stay here again. Plus the room was very durty. Needs deep cleaning. Have pictures to prove it. Like i said it used to be different. Bad experience.

Suite pictured in room booking was nothing like the room. Pictures showed a counter with 2 seats to eat at, a couch and bed along the same wall with distinct areas. Room was small, couch perpendicular to bed, with cramped space. Shower was a hand held on a bracket that would not stay centered. Lighting was harsh. Limited outlet (1) and no usb ports available. Breakfast was sparse, packaged. Everything there was cheaply done. Microwave stopped working twice in 2 day stay. Staff was very cavalier, sating it is a Microtel. what did you expect. Expected what was pictured in the ******* booking sections. Even the literature for the outlet stores across the street picked up in the hotel lobby had coupons that expired in 2021. Never again. Build cheap, operate cheaply, you won't be around long. Place really ******

This is a great stop from No. Cal. Going into LA! Breaks up the drive and this hotel is tucked away from congestion. We will definitely stay here in the future. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and we loved the beds. Only issue (which is common for all other hotels) is the lack of power outlets. We have several devices we need plugged in wherever we go and have learned to bring extension cords, which we definitely needed at this hotel.

El hotel es bueno! Lamentablemente no puedo decir lo mismo del personal ya que fuimos discriminados y atacados moral mente por una persona que al parecer era el encargado. Esta persona el cual era un hombre de lentes a simple vista de origen mexicano , nos hizo la vida imposible nos trató de la peor manera para terminar por no darnos 1 de las 2 habitaciones que ya estaban pagadas. Su trato fue 0 profesional ya que actuó de forma personal en contra de nosotros. Es un hotel muy bueno pero con ese tipo de personas a cargo por el momento no recomiendo utilizar este hotel ya que puedes tener contratiempos. Somos una empresa ala cual parte de ellos tuvieron que dormir en el estacionamiento dentro del carro por el acoso de este hombre

Very safe area and clean. My only complaint is the noise level. I could hear the neighbor talking on the phone.

This was a great little place to stay before our drive up the Grapevine. Highly recommend.

The bath towels are horrible. Body towels are way too small, all the towels are like rubbing on sandpaper.
