馬薩朗德野生動物園小屋(Masailand Safari Lodge)

We stayed in this accommodation after we finished our wildlife safari. I really loved its quiet environment and the fact that it's in the village outside of Arusha town. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved the big flowers (like trees) on the walking trails to the room. The meals were all delicious. I think the hot water supply and the wi-fi should be improved. The hotel should also have 1 or 2 cars for transfers.

Services are good: food is good, clients are well attended, room service is also appreciated. However, hot water provider should be improved. Internet connectivity should also maintained during conferences. Hotel should also have transport and touring system for guests.

The room and room service were superb. The environment was so calm and beautiful. All the workers are wonderful and the management too. The food was fantastic as well as the service of it. The Internet was good except the selous hall where it was a bit unstable sometimes

Wij kregen een suite met keukentje, zitplaats en slaapkamer. Het geheel was goed onderhouden en mooi gemeubileerd. Spijtig genoeg was het personeel zeer opdringerig om een fooi. Van het kamermeisje tot de onthaalbediende, van de kok tot de bewaker stonden ze in de rij, belden ze verschillende keren naar de kamer, kwamen aan tafel... veel meer dan wat normaal is in deze regio's. Het ontbijt was ondermaats, de eetzaal zeer kil en oncomfortabel. Het hotel is moeilijk bereikbaar via en slecht onderhouden landweg.

The services were very good. The reception is good. The meals and accommodation are good. Internet services requires improvement. Further,there were times that when taking a bath, the mixing of cold and warm water was not easy to get the prefered temperature.

Personal sehr freundlich, die Anfahrt über das Dorf ist sehenswert und interessant. Auch bei uns konnte das Hotel die bereits in Deutschland erfolgte Zahlung des Hotelzimmers nicht bestätigen. Die Weiterleitung der Buchungsbestätigung mit der Zahlungsbestätigung per Mail war ausreichend.

Nos alojamos el primer dia antes de comenzar el safari, muy atentos y la comida muy rica. La primera habitacion en la que nos quedamos le faltaba iluminacion y la segunda habitacion despues del safari buena iluminacion y no funcionaba la calefaccion.

Very friendly and helpful staff; locally owned; quiet place with lush gardens; inviting and clean pool; good vibes within the staff; large and clean rooms; a good choice on your way to Safari in the national parks

We stayed at Masailand Safari & Lodge before and after trekking to Uhuru peak. We were welcomed with a glass of juice on arrival. Rooms were spacious. Air-con did not work. Hot water either too hot or too cold, and hot water tank/geyser too small to provide hot water for two people. Staff helpful and friendly — even kindly went the extra mile to buy me a toothbrush after I discovered I forgot mine at home. Restaurant menus priced in USD, but slips offered to sign were in TSh. Breakfast did not include cereals. Laundry services quite expensive. Although quiet, Masailand is rather far away from all other places of interest. Gravel road from the T2 tar road leading to the entrance gate of Masailand in poor condition.
