要兩瓶水都半個小時給不過來，要自己去前台取，而且沒有電梯，行李多的慎重。衞生還行，環境也還行，有一個泳池但是不算很大，也沒有人去游泳。

We spent 1 night in Mwanza for business travel. This hotel is centrally located in the city centre. The check in process for our group of 10 was quick and efficient. The rooms are very large. I loved the balcony that opened up to a view of Lake Victoria; just beautiful. Room was clean. With TV. Bathroom was large. The shower cubicle needs some floor work to ensure water doesn't flow to the rest of the bathroom floor. It's not a new hotel but certainly well kept. Food; the breakfast buffet was not bad. This is more a rural city so options are limited. But it had enough hot and cold options to enjoy. They serve a great beef soup for breakfast. I enjoyed some lovely fresh fish for room service and i enjoyed it very much. The conferencing room was large and airy. The staff did a good job of offering support. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, one on the way to the safari and one on the way back. It is a very nice and comfy hotel with HUGE rooms and very nice service. During our stay they were fixing the pool that caused a bit of extra mud - but that was temporary. When we asked for a late check out it was graciously provided to us. The people working there were very friendly and the food was very nice. Location is central and withing 10-15 minutes walking one can find several shops etc.

We stayed at the Gold Crest on 2 non-consecutive nights. During both stays the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were more than adequate (quite large for just 2 people!), and the restaurant menu featured a variety of tasty meals. Concierges Paul and Patrick deserve special recognition for their willingness to go above and beyond with any request or inquiry. Both rooms we used featured large full kitchens (without cookware) and rooms separate from the bathrooms. Very large living rooms with abundant furniture and T.V. were also common to both stays. We did notice some wear and/or decay in flooring areas, as well as some trim. This did not cause inconvenience during our stays.

Insomma…. Lati positivi: si mangia bene; camere pulite; personale molto cortese e accogliente; ottima colazione. Lati negativi: vecchiotto; molte infiltrazioni nelle camere; bagni piccoli e anch’essi datati. Quindi così così. Diciamo che c’è di meglio. Sicuramente ad Arusha si può trovare di meglio.

La struttura è molto vecchia, con arredamenti antiquati. Le camere sono molto spaziose con soggiorno, cucina e camera da letto con 2 letti da una piazza e mezza. Il bagno con vasca è terribile: doccia che perde, impossibile da regolare, tappetino doccia con muffa. Frigo bar vuoto e non funzionante. Luce comodino non funzionante. Piscina sporca, lavata alle 17.00 quando volevamo fare il bagno. Colazione molto scarsa, il french toast solo spalmato con uovo e poi fritto. DA EVITARE.

We stayed here the night before our flight from the Kilimanjaro Airport which was only an hour away. The hotel is stunningly beautiful with rooms that are very large with all of the amenities that one would need. The rooms were very quite and comfortable which was a nice way to start off a day of international airplane travel. Dinner was very good as was the price; breakfast came with the room. The lobby is spacious.
