阿蒂西亞歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Artesia)

First of all the milk was spoiled so it ruined my coffee. The shower was super slippery, I almost slipped. The beds were hard. And for breakfast the orange juice was watered down, the apple juice was pure foam and the milk had a weird taste.

The hotel is brand new. The suite was big and beautiful. Very clean, but there were no garbage bags in the trash can. Breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices.

It was an amazing stay, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room and hotel common areas were so clean! The beds were so comfortable to sleep on. Would definitely stay here again

Your hotel customer reps were very nice and willing to help. Nice when you walk in. Hotel room was ok. Has a musty smell to them tho. Our room had a crack down the wall next to my bed. Love that they had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion alreasy in the bathrooms. Shower head needs a good cleaning. Not much water pressure. Pretty quiet, besides the kid that kept running up and down the hall way. The beds are super hard. Didnt sleep much, and i was achy when i got up. I Was upset when i came down at 8am for breakfast and there wasnt anything left, so i only had a glass of apple juice.

Hotel was very nice and rooms were great. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was good but was always running low or out on many items.

The staff was so nice, the whole place was clean, and the breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

Nicest property in the Artesia area besides Hotel Artesia. Breakfast was good both days with plenty of variety. Very clean, safe and affordable. Only con was front desk staff was NOT friendly. I had 3 encounters with the same person and she seemed bothered by my requests and was not helpful at all. First impression was I inquired upon check in if my room could be assigned close to my traveling partner and was simply told with attitude that she could not make any changes to my reservation because I booked on *******. I worked front desk for many years and I know room numbers are assigned by the hotel, not *******. Lo and behold, when my sister checked in right behind me, she ended up in the room right next door. The desk clerk could have mentioned she was able to accommodate my request after all, but let us walk away believing we were in different parts of the building. Unnecessary and could have left us with a much better impression with just a small adjustment in her customer service. Either way, I will choose this hotel for future stays becuase everything else was great!
