拉羅通加海灘度假村與瀉湖水族館(The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Lagoonarium)

Fajnie położony hotel, mega fajne pokoje , piękna plaża, śniadanie dobre choć mogło by być lepsze, słaba kawa na śniadanie. Obsługa mega pomocna chociaż mogła by informować jak ktoś zapisze się na wycieczkę przez nich że ktoś się odwołał I od razu wpisać do innego operatora. Jednak stara się załatwić wszystko na szybko jeżeli jest jakiś problem. Mega hotel

I had already paied for my stay when I booked however they changed. I didn't remember whether I had paied or not because booking a few month ago. I realized thet when I checked my bank account. It takes time to communicate and they haven't apologized :( The room is dark and looks old. I enjoyed snorkeling at lagoon. Good for young people and family with kids

The location is fantastic as this is the best place for snorkelling but I am very disappointed with the resort. Staff were average(some were friendly but most were not), food was average and only half the menu was available for most of the time (they often ran out of chicken or eggs- for breakfast). The breakfast was ok with a range of fruit, pancakes and croissants and different juices. The music at breakfast was mainly Celine Dion blasting out of speakers so staff could sing and dance to it. Most guests moved away and outside to eat in a quiet space. There were empty plates and glasses all around the resort for days as nobody picked anything up and when we tried to make use of the two tennis courts they weren’t available for days as they’ve just been ‘sprayed’. I asked for a quiet room but was located right in front of the staircase where everyone walks past at 2am and 6am. Parties in room opposite until 3am. I had to call security twice. All in all it was an ok place to stay but keep your expectations low. It’s a 3 star resort at best.

The place has the best snorkelling out of the whole island right at your doorstep. The food is not cheap and you will be paying the exact same prices if not more for food and drink as back in New Zealand. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place could do with an update but we thought it was priced reasonable and a great location for snorkelling and water sports. Don’t expect great wifi speeds but ok for general browsing. This is a perfect place to bring young kids not so much teenagers as they will be board fairly quickly. We would definitely recommend the Rarotonga to young family’s older couples

Courteous friendly staff and very helpful no matter what the situation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,sorry I had to cut my stay short,I had a situation to take care of,one of my fellow Soldiers needed my help/assistance for a few days. Thankyou for everything Regards; Richard Skudder.

The staffs are very nice and helpful, but the condition of the property was very disappointing. We booked the 3 bed room villa with private pool. There were ants everywhere live and dead on the floor, table sink and beds. There were fleas as well, even worse than the ants. All the kids got flea bites for the first night every where, they scratched to bleed and some new blood on the bed sheet every single morning. All the adults got massive insects bite as well, no one could get away with it. We have used so many bottles of insect repellent, I ended up slept with long sleeves, pants and socks on.

The property has everything you need especially for children. I wouldn’t even book any other tours on the island there is so much to do at the resort. The staff are very friendly
