Terrible bed , cold room very basic ,not very comfortable. I am disabled and requested a downstairs room, it was not ready, they tried to put me upstairs.i tried to call several times 5 days before ono reply.

Stayed for3 nights. Older style motel that is showing it's age. Room had a queen & a single bed that were ok. Small lounge & table with 3 chairs all of which were stained and worn. Shower ok but exhaust fan so the mirror just fogged up. Fridge & coffee pod machine worked . Pool ok, Spa good but the shower did not work. Did find a couple of small cockroachs over the 3 nights. Hard to be positive

Very large rooms. Bed was comfortable and clean. Looks like fittings in bathroom had been upgraded. Other amenities were a little dated. Had microwave and plates etc which was useful. However supplied bowls but no normal sized spoons, only teaspoons which made eating breakfast a little challenging. Overall it was a comfortable stay and staff were friendly. A little out of the way you had to drive into town to a restaurant.

It is just great value for money, we were able to walk down to get coffee or dinner. Very accessible, they have done really well at bringing the motel into 21st century.

Overall it was a good spacious room, no microwave which would have been handy. It was good to have the pool there but the getting in and out of the spa was a bit treacherous, a rail would be handy as the tiles are very slippery.

The staff were friendly and had me checked in quickly - the accommodation was of a clean and high standard. I had a restful nights sleep and was on my way the next day. 5 Stars

Clean, spacious room within walking distance of central town mall. Good bathroom, adequate bed comfort and suitable for overnight stay when travelling through Armidale.

Our stay was good but there were some other guests that had children that were running up and down the corridor upstairs late at night and were very noisy. The Manager did everything they could to quieten them down.
