Kasa阿林頓達拉斯(Kasa Arlington Dallas)

Cuando haces una reservacion te guias por las fotos y los comentarios de las demas personas, y este lugar tenia muy buenos comentarios y las fotos se ven espectaculares, pero en esta ocacion no fue experiencia tan agradable porq hau muchos detalles, porq ejemplo: La hora de entrada es muy tarde y la de salida muy temprano, no tienes 24 horas para estar en el lugar si reservas por una noche, a llegar te encuentras con la sorpresa q el elevador no funciona y es el unico q hay, tienes q subir por las escaleras con todas tus maletas y estas en un SEXTO piso, los pasillos muy sucios, a la hora de bañ**** no hay agua fria, el agua esta casi lista para hacer cafe y para el precio q se paga por una noche...... subir y bajar mas de 60 escaleras para llegar a un SEXTO piso cada vez q sales ufff. Lo bueno: Ya estando en la habitacion el espacio esta bonito y cada cuarto tiene su propio baño, para una familia grande es muy util.

Me gusta mucho esta propiedad, me volveré a quedar ahí!

The building outside is nice and in a nice neighborhood. The code we got to get into building didn't work. But luckily someone was going into the building and let us in. Once we got in everyone we ran into smelt like pot along with the hallways. U had to walk up to the 2nd flood in order to use the elevator as it didn't work from 1st floor. Elevator was very dirty along with the hallways. The room itself was clean with nice furnishings. Was all around pleased with the room itself. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Flying Fish highly recommended.

The apar**ent was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The customer service was amazing. I had a couple if issues, not with the accommodations, that were resolved immediately. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Arlinton.

The hallways were dirty. The stairs to get into the building was worse, terrible. The apar**ent was great and the communication from the people that run Kasa was awesome. Just clean up those areas and its a real nice place

We liked the property and the surroundings but we did not like the fact that we had to deal with bugs and roaches!

Turnkey apar**ent setting, easy to follow check-in/out procedures, comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. Suited our family very well for a weekend get-a-way.

On approach I questioned how safe and clean it would be. There was a lot of trash & personal belongings in all hallways. Once inside, though , everything was perfect. Instructions were very detailed and clear. One of the elevators seemed to be out of order which made getting in and out a little tricky.

The actual apar**ent unit I stayed in was very nice. No complaints. Clean and modern studio apar**ent. The building though was pretty weird, dark and intimidating. Check-in was clumsy. Too many codes and key-pads. I arrived 25 minutes earlier than scheduled time and had to wait outside in the 100 heat until the building door access code was eventually sent at the scheduled time. It requires constantly checking your email on your phone. Elevator was broken and had to walk up four flights with luggage. Elevators are incredible slow.
