阿林頓六旗長住公寓式飯店(Extended Stay America Suites - Arlington - Six Flags)

Merry Chris**as Eve To Me!?? After booking my reservation and paying for it online, i was argued with and told it wasnt paid, I was made to cancle and rebook mulitple reservation back to back to back, then instead of giving me my room and key to go put my belongings up and be able to relax instead i was made to sit in the lobby for hours on end until they could sort out the issue. I booked my reservation, it's paid for, now I currently lay in bed, when the wifi disconnects, i check the wifi and try to log in, it says wrong last name or room number, i know my name and i know my number, i check the hotel app, "They have Checked me Out" as I am still a Guest, and my Stay has Already Been Paid for After Extending my Stay, I hope They Dont Expect me to Repeat the process, this is now there problem, They need to Get Their S*** Together as a Establishment!!!

The floors a not clean though most of the halls. it is very low style furniture. I did not know that they will not clean the room each day. This is NOT my kind of hotel. I will never use it again at any location. This was in West Valley, Utah a suburb of Salt Lake City. I should have used a higher cost hotel.

The facility was dirty the elevator did not work The stairs were damaged and a safety hazard no garbage cans anywhere in the facility clogged up drains and the room and smelled like **** the entire building

Avoid this trash heap at all costs. After driving 6 hours to get to this hotel, which we had confirmed for over a month, the denied our reservation. They claimed a “plumbing problem” prevented our room and our friends room from use. They didn’t bother to tell us until we got there and made no attempt to make to contact us or make anything right. Nope. Just out of luck. Clerk didn’t care because she just got there and of course no management in sight. The owners of this dump should be arrested. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I will make sure no one I know ever stays at an extended stay if I can help it. The absolute lack of care and communication is mind blowing . Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs.

THE WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!!!! The room was falling apart. The room would get so damp that my finance would have to dry the floor with a towel, I use a walker so I didn't slip and fall. The bathroom the baseboards around the wall were falling off, the bathroom had mold. The was a clump of hair stuck to one of the hinges. Went to change in linens and was griped out by lady at front desk and informed that linens could only be changed out on Mondays. And Monday was the date of our checkout. So my finance washed the hotel linens out of our own pocket. You could smell ********* in the hallways. The had a picnic table out so we would go out to sit and smoke a cigarette. And people would just come sit down and start smoking *********. We Decided to go try and sitout by the pool on night and the guy that was already at the pool ask if we had a dope pipe or shot dope. The hardly had anything available for there complementary breakfast. We tried getting up and get to the lobby for breakfast and it was still the same Maybe a couple muffins or breakfast bars. Ran out of coffee creamer ask about getting it refild and was told that they were out. The whole experience was horrible from start to finish. I give the whole experience a ZERO.

Made a reservation on the website for a 2 bedroom suite. Upon arrival we were told the suites they had were "...being cleaned for bedbugs and remodeled." No one contacted me ahead of time to tell me.

My husband, our one year old, three year old,five week old and me was supposed to stay here three days and that turned into one when we got there after driving 9 hours I was told my room wasn’t ready yet I booked a two double bed room was told it would be 45 min the housekeeper was in there cleaning it now I WAITED the 45 min and went back in with my kids outside and it’s 100 degrees outside and they told me my room was not ready and would not be ready because they was not cleaning it that day so they stuck me in a room with one bed ! Did not refund me the difference and said I’ll get a call for the difference and have not tried to change my reservation said since it was online I had to do it different took me forever to get my room reversed and the first time was told I had to request it but the Gm wouldn’t be in till Monday THE DAY FOR ME TO CHECK OUT but I was not staying there the stove was rusted beyond usage the shower was rusted stuck on shower mode the ceiling was falling in the paint was peeling there was people running through the hall it smelt so bad everywhere the pillow had blood on it the mattress was melted like it caught on fire was told I had to stay in the room they put me in because the room I paid for and book was not guaranteed to have one for me after I booked a month in advance the customer service number was no help at all and they all seem like they don’t know what to do the front desk acted like she couldn’t hear anyone when went to the front when she was standing right there had people camping out in the lobby and tried to rush through the door when my husband went outside then tried to corner us by our car asking for us to pay for his room and food and then to top it all has bed bugs !!! And the front desk only said oh we have someone for that like it wasn’t a big deal. Will not recommend and will not be back still have yet to get my money back for the room.

I am not certain when they took the pictures of those those rooms but they do not look the pics they are using . My mouth would have dropped if I was t afraid that something would fly in it. One of the doors in my room was kicked in and fixed with tape. I requested a refund. It was a dump and it gives the hotel brand a bad name!
