Ons verblijf in hotel Canale Hotels & suites was top. We hadden goede reviews gelezen. We sluiten ons daar graag bij aan. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijvrijheid was fantastisch. Een heel schone kamer, een geweldig ontbijt en de persoonlijke aandacht voor de gast maken de vakantie compleet. Bijzonder was het dat we op de dag van ons late vertrek een extra kamer kregen om te douchen etc. We komen zeker terug. Nogmaals onze grote dank! Our stay at hotel Canale Hotels & suites was great. We had read good reviews. We are happy to join that. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. The hospitality was fantastic. A very clean room, a great breakfast and the personal attention for the guest make the holiday complete. It was special that on the day of our late departure we were given an extra room to shower etc. We will definitely be back. Once again our big thanks!

C’est un hôtel de ville qui nous a permis de prendre pied en Cephalonie et d’explorer Argopolis sa capitale. Un hôtel très moderne de haut de gamme où tous les détails sont conçus pour votre confort et votre plaisir. Nous étions plutôt dubitatifs sur le jacuzzi sur la terrasse, finalement nous nous baigné matin midi et soir! La marque de cet hôtel est la qualité de l’accueil et la gentillesse exceptionnelle du personnel dans toutes leurs fonctions. Nous avons apprécié tous les conseils pour visiter l’île mais aussi les sourires de chacun. Deux points encore. L’hôtel vous réserve un place sur une des plus belles plages de l’île. Le petit déjeuner très varié, très copieux, fait de produits locaux à prendre sur votre terrasse ou près de la piscine. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

Nossa estadia foi incrível, quarto espaçoso, novo e ainda nos deram upgrade para um quarto com jacuzzi e vista. Fomos atendidos por todo staff do hotel com muita cordialidade, sempre prontos a nos ajudar. Nos deram também voucher para o Costa Costa club, que foi excelente. Nota 10 em tudo!

Amazing boutique hotel where the service was outstanding and all the staff were so friendly and eager to help. The room with a jacuzzi on the balcony was stunning and finished to a very high standard. The breakfast was amazing, with many local delights freshly made. Advice of where to visit and eat was brilliant, time was spent telling you about the local area. The town square is a short walk, with many restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach (Costa-Costa) is a 10 min taxi, which the hotel books for you and gives you a number to call when you want collecting. You also get complimentary sun beds with parasol right on the sea. Would definitely recommend a visit.

This is an easy challenge ! Try to choose this hotel for your stay in Cefalonia and rate the hotel less than excellent!! Less than 5 !! It’s really impossible ! ! Everything is really perfect ! Boutique Hotel with an attitude of six stars hotel. Breakfast, kindness, cleaning, attitude to delight customers are only few of the strength of this place. Fantastic experience

The Canale Hotel is a very special place. We have just returned from a one week stay here and we have never before experienced such incredible service. This hotel deserves way more than its 4 star official rating. The minute you arrive you are greeted by the amazing staff and welcomed with a complimentary cocktail. The rooms are exquisite with a beautiful view. Fresh towels , incl beach towels everyday . The breakfast here is outstanding, huge choice of fruits, pastries and cakes. Also a full selection of hot choices, this kept us going throughout the day. Fabulous restaurants all walkable, again the staff are happy to give recommendations and book for you if required. The attention to detail here is what makes the Canale Hotel so special and we hope to return one day soon. Beautiful island, incredible hotel !!

This is a stunning hotel! The location is great to access the whole island. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. Anything we needed they helped us. The design of the hotel is amazing-sleek, modern yet comfortable. The breakfast was the best. Included with the reservation are two Sun beds and an umbrella at a fun beach bar-what a bonus. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Una delle migliori esperienze mai avute, in assoluto. Ben superiore a quella di un “semplice” 4 stelle. Pulizia impeccabile, sia della camera che delle aree comuni e della zona esterna. Il posto più igienico in cui abbia mai alloggiato! Staff professionale, amichevole e disponibile all’ennesima potenza. C’era sempre qualcuno disposto a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza, o cui poter chiedere un consiglio. Colazione indescrivibile: dal salato al dolce, un trionfo di piatti e piattini, cui abbiamo dovuto forzatamente imporre un limite, altrimenti avremmo saltato qualsiasi altro pasto della giornata. Per non parlare dei teli per il mare, sempre puliti e disponibili in camera, e della borsa con cui andare in spiaggia.

Wonderful small hotel with an incredible breakfast. Great location and very accommodating staff. The reserved sun lounges at the beach was a nice touch. Spotless rooms and very modern. A great place to stay.
