阿科鄰近Eremo dei SS. Giacomo e Silvestro al Monte的飯店

Abbiamo appena trascorso un weekend nella cornice del Lago di Garda e abbiamo soggiornato presso questo albergo, prenotandolo tramite un voucher Welfare. Il trattamento prevedeva pernottamento e prima colazione. La stanza era molto ampia, dotata di un balconcino, frigobar e cassetta di sicurezza. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulite. Unica pecca: l'assenza di una finestra nel bagno o di un impianto di areazione, particolare secondo me da non sottovalutare. La colazione è di tipo internazionale, è possibile trovare uova strapazzate, bacon, formaggi, pane tostato, cornetti, brioches, yogurt e marmellate di ogni tipo. Il mio consiglio è quello di utilizzare prodotti locali, a partire dai succhi di frutta. In Trentino vi sono tanti succhi naturali, (tipico quello di mela), perché utilizzare i succhi delle macchinette ultra industriali e pieni di zuccheri artificiali? Lo stesso dicasi delle confetture. A mio avviso sarebbe utile avviare delle collaborazioni con produttori locali e valorizzare i prodotti del territorio. A parte questo, comunque la colazione è molto varia. La piscina è davvero rilassante, con possibilità di poter gustare un cocktail a bordo vasca dopo una giornata intensa di passeggiate. L'hotel si trova a poca distanza dai punti turistici, come Tenno, Arco, Riva del Garda e dispone di un ampio parcheggio gratuito con cancello elettrico che si chiude alle 23 tutte le sere, (per entrare e uscire basterà usare un codice). Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per le vostre vacanze sul Garda!

We were attempting to get back to our hotel by using a web based mapping tool. It kept telling us to turn right, even when there was no option to do so. My mum is in a wheelchair, neither of us are spring chickens. After overheating and becoming more and more lost we decided to go to the Hoody hotel to ask if they would call us a cab. Isia greeted us with a friendly smile and could instantly tell that we were dehydrated. He gave us both water and a place to rest. He allowed us to use the restroom facilities and whilst I was in there, he got a map and showed mum where we were and the route we needed to get back to our hotel. Unfortunately there were no cabs available but with his careful guide we were able to follow the map and arrived safely back to our destination. He even gave us the phone number for his hotel and said if we were to get lost again to call him and he would direct us to the the best of his ability- Talk about going above and beyond. A real angel that helped 2 ladies in distress. He is the very blueprint of what front of house staff should be like. Really couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in any hotel. Beds very comfortable. Hotel spotlessly clean. Great staff. Free purified water available - at any time. One of the best hotels I've seen. The only fault was that we had to put up with rap music playing through the speakers - both at breakfast, and in the evening. And NO ONE wants to listen to that - unless they have a criminal record for stabbing someone.

From the moment we were greeted by Francesca with her beautiful smile and genuine passion for hospitality I knew we picked the right place to stay. The grounds are immaculate and the view of the lake and mountains spectacular. The food is amazing and the sommelier is a real stand out such a wonderful young man with so much knowledge and passion for his job. The pools are pristine and soothing. The rooms are immaculate a credit to the housekeeping staff. I travel the world regularly and stay in the top hotels of the world. Let me assure you this is one of the very best. My wife and I thank you and don’t want to go home.
