拉雅花園公園飯店(Park Hotel RAYA Garden)

Room is a bit small (18 sqm), and a bit overpriced in my opinion compared to other options, but nevertheless a good experience.

El alojamiento está en medio del bosque, al lado de una autovía que conecta con el centro de la ciudad en 5 minutos de coch. El hotel está muy bien, las instalaciones cuidadas y el personal es muy amable. La habitación doble económica era muy amplia y silenciosa y la cama bastante cómoda. En el baño no había plato de ducha como tal, era el suelo del propio baño como ya hemos visto en otros baños en Bulgaria, pero estaba muy limpio.

O quarto está bem decorado e confortável, todavia a limpeza pode ser melhorada. Existiam várias teias de aranha espalhadas pelo quarto e casa de banho. O mais estranho e desconfortável foi a casa de banho ser minúscula sem cabine de duche. Tomávamos banho literalmente em cima do lavatório e da sanita, deixando tudo molhado.

Hotel situato vicinissimo ad una strada a doppia corsia ma con un bel giardino e il rumore non si sente. Personale cordiale e in estate possibilità di fare colazione all’aperto. Vorrebbe dare un’immagine di design ma appena entrate in camera vi cade il castello. Odore di muffa mix fumo vi accoglie in una camera piccola con un bagnetto di un metro per un metro con doccia praticamente inesistente… non c’è ne piatto doccia ne protezione o divisione dal wc e dal lavandino. I materassi penso abbiano ancora la copertura in cellophane. Purtroppo è la seconda volta che vengo ma sarà l’ultima perché ho avuto la stessa esperienza. Un po’ più di accortezza per le camere e qualche lavoro di manutenzione in più e potrebbe essere un posto da ricordare.

I spent 2 nights at this property. I saw the pics of the great views over the city, so I was thrilled to stay at the hotel. The great views from the lobby bar and the conference room are the only positive thing to mention about the property. All the rest was…very disappointing: small room with No wardrobe. Chilling experience in May (there was an electric heater left in the room); the mattress was the most torturing one I had came across. Door is locked by a key 🔑 from both sides. Very inconvenient as well. Bathroom was the real….s*it/surprise: tiny with a shower over the toilet. Inconvenient and disgusting….to make things worse, the hot water was not available at any time, as it was heated by a heater😬. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. The only nice thing is the view, so you can visit for a cocktail 🍸 only.

Do -location panoramic view over the city -clean room -very good breakfast -playground -parking at the location Don’t -extremely small king room -the shower is almost non-existent -slightly soundproofed rooms

The hotel was clean and recently renovated, the rooms are small, but for 2 night stay it wasn't a problem. The hotel is really beautiful as the interior, so and outside - the garden, the view to the city, it's very romantic. The staff was nice and responsive.

So so disappointing. The front of house staff were great, and that's where my compliments end. The food was mediocre at best, and the menu was misleading. None of the sauces were what was listed, the deserts were from Metro and if you write creme de leche on a menu, synthetic whipped cream won't do. The prices did not not reflect the poor quality of the ingredients.
