我的飯店(My Luxury Hotel)

Hôtel bien situé, chambres correctes avec des efforts à faire sur la propreté, accueil pitoyable. La prise en charge des clients est compliquée : erreur dans les chambres, pas de prise de considération des demandes clients. Le chef de cuisine est excellent.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, licorería enfrente y tienda barata a la vuelta frente al cafe (turco) de la calle (super barato comparando tiendas de Aqaba) lo descubrí añ final. Me tocó mala habitación con vista deplorable y baño cayéndose. Muy buen personal.

Un bon accueil dans cet hôtel très bien situé dans le centre d'Aqaba. Chambre agréable et propre. Piscine sur le toit avec vue sur la région. Très beau coucher du soleil. Le repas au restaurant est un peu triste malgré le service et le vin est servi chaud (car il doit,selon le serveur du bar, être servi à chaleur ambiante : mais il faisait 32°...) - Petit déjeuner très varié...

This was the best of the budget hotels we stayed at while in Jordan. Clean rooms, comfy beds, decent breakfast, nice bathroom, good shower pressure and heat. Good location as well. Rooftop pool and bar... not the greatest drinks at bar, but they had a DJ.

Bien ubicado cerca de locales, comercios, restaurants, playa; desayuno con poca variedad; pienso mis sabanas el primer dia (sin haberlas usado) estaban sucias pedi me las cambiaran y accedieron sin problemas, terraza super linda, lo malo es que cierran 6pm la alberca

Très bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix. La restaurant sous forme de buffet est de qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est a good value for money ! Very good location and good value for money. The buffet restaurant is of quality. I recommend this hotel which is a good value for money!

Before deciding to stay in this beautiful hotel, we already had a booking in the other hotel. Upon arrival via Jet Bus. We decided to check the hotel because of curiosity and it was an amazing room for a budget hotel. It was a bit expensive to our original booking however as soon as they knew our rate. They were very kind to adjust it to our needs ( Note: we checked also our original hotel and 4 hotel options - This is 100 % much better ) Big shout out for Mr. Karam for being accommodating during check-in with good English communicating skills. We are impressed with the room cleanliness and well maintained furniture. We also appreciate the attention with the morning reception Ms. Jumana. She was kind and friendly. I will highly recommend this hotel. Rate was fare and you will received a luxury room. This place is walking distance and near to all the shops and restaurant. Make sure to visit the rooftop for thier lovely pool and I guarantee that you will have a amazing photos / Videos. It was wow. Panoramic view of Aqaba. Thank you for the service and definitely stays again in the future visit in Aqaba.

this place will never be my Hotel again. If it would not have been for the good location and the fact that it was paid already we would have left the place. The staff especially at the reception - is totally unmotivated and uninterested in doing their job. Coming into the Hotel we were not recognized at any time. You do not feel like a guest you feel like a burden. - Location is good and in walking distance to several attraction - Rooms are clean - broken glas door not taken care of, watch did. not work but room service did not pay any attention - rooftop pool was nice with a great view for the bar we had to get down to the reception to find someone to serve us there - breakfast was good but not continental as described - reception not aceptable at all!!!

What a lovely hotel! Comfy beds, strong hot shower. The location is fantastic, with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It was a bit noisy at night, outside - bring earplugs. Be sure to check out the rooftop bar/cafe and pool. Go up at sunset to hear the call to prayer and watch the city lights come on. Oh, great breakfast too!
