阿普爾頓美吟溫德姆飯店(AmericInn by Wyndham Appleton)

Check in was easy and smooth process. Solid location. It's about 5miles from all of the restaurants and stores. Room was clean but had the slight odor of a wet dog. Pool was huge and very accessible, as well as the sauna which you could actually throw water on the rocks! Hot tub was out of service, which ****** after hours on the road. The breakfast had limited options of cold and hot, but was still good enough. The downside was the price. At the time of booking, it was $225. They were the lowest in the area with no events going on and not being directly downtown it seemed a bit high. Would definitely stay again with the kids.

It was closed when we arrived and we recieved no notification after driving 7 hours to this destination!

got to our location and it was locked. we did not get any notification ahead of time. something was wrong at the hotel and it was closed. they did find us a different room at a Best Western about 8 miles away and posted that information on the door.

The hotel was closed again and we were given a reservation to another hotel and there was no heat when we arrived back from the game No refund was offered

Paid $250 for a crap hole super 8 i could have rented for 80. i realize the hotel had an issue. but they never accepted phone calls, never explained what happened, we get there with no choice. Very mad, feel like we were robbed.

We arrived at the hotel only to find out that the hotel was closed and we were not notified of this and we’re told that a reservation was made for us at a different hotel; which was not of my choosing. The super 8 motel they set us up in was dirty and the room smelled. The mirror was never washed from previous guests. I was never given a chance to make my own hotel at a different place I would have never booked a room at a super 8. I will most definitely never stay with this company again.

Room was dingy and smelt like ****. Would’ve been nice to know the hot tub was broken when we booked or before checking in. The whirlpool in the room had stuff floating in it after starting the jets.

Good breakfast.Compares to Hampton Inn but less expensive.Rooms were clean.Elevator rug worn and dirty which gives the age of the hotel away.
